The staff were brilliant, couldn't do enough to help you, friendly and great personalities which gave the hotel a lovely relaxed feel. The room was lovely and decor throughout the hotel is nice. We ate both evenings of our stay in the hotel bistro and the food was fabulous. Breakfasts are good with plenty of choices and dietary requirements catered for. Beautiful location with local walks.
You have to park a short walk from the hotel and pre book a permit for a reduced parking fare. Understand why given the location so it wasn't a big issue just took a bit of organising ahead of our trip.

There’s nothing really but I would of liked some pastries on the buffet breakfast.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating where they could. Check-in was easy, atmosphere was very friendly, and room was great. Breakfast options were good with hot and cold breakfast options. The restaurant can get busy easily so booking is recommended, but the service is great, and there is also options for a drink on the terrace after dinner. Highly recommended.

We didn't eat other than breakfast as we were with friends for dinner, however breakfast had an excellent choice, and the staff were very friendly, we will return.

Beautiful food in the restaurant and also for breakfast. Accommodation was very lovely and the views amazing over Lulworth Cove. The staff were exceptional, so friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Staff were super friendly and chatty, and the room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The Bistro restaurant was also great for the evenings. Highly recommended.

Great hotel in perfect location for Lulworth Cove, clean and cosy rooms, excellent breakfast (included) and delicious dinner and drink options. Dog friendly too, but not overly doggy if you’re not into dogs! Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Ask the hotel in advance about free parking. We weren’t informed until we arrived that we could have had free parking and we had already paid in the very expensive car park.

brilliant location, good food
lounge/dining area not very cosy. lighting very bright at all times.
bedrooms didn’t contain sound very well. you could hear music down the hallway for example from rooms.

Nice location close to Lulworth cove. Nicely decorated room and public areas. Great restaurant to have lunch or dinner and very good cooked to order breakfast.
Parking is a short walk away from the hotel and not free of charge (but to a reduced price for hotel guests).Mattress a little worn out. Compared to the price the room was a litte bit small and basic.

if I could give this place 11/10 I would. Lulworth cove is one of the most magical places in England and this hotel is so charming and friendly and comfortable it really adds to the magic.

Fantastic stay, had a slight problem but resolved very quickly. I would certainly stay there again. Mention for Clare very helpful could do enough for us👌

The property was in a perfect location, the courtyard was a nice surprise. the staff were warm and welcoming.
the room we were in was lacking a chair, only one bedside table so no where to put my book/phone etc. I had to put these on the floor. the finish in the property wasn’t to the best standard, head board fell of in the evening, the bathroom although clean there was evidence of mould and bad paint jobs etc.
