This hotel is my home away from home. I have stayed there numerous times and the staff have always been great. I always feel welcome and comfortable.

I like the location, friendly and professional staff and there is taxi to the door. The dinner with steak, sauce and greens was cooked good

I think rooms are starting to look a bit old. Restaurant on ground floor was the only open, and some tables and chairs were worn down, so we my dinner partner and -i had to change table and also had to change a chair, because the seat was obviously broken, so I sad very low. These kinds of thing can just not accour on a 5 star hotel.

The staff was amicable and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Good room. Helpful staff. Gym was available by appointment. No complaints.

A little far from Tianye Square. Breakfast was limited.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They are all professional and supportive of our needs during our stay. We ordered a Clubroom and we are delighted to let you know the level of service rendered exceeded our expectations.

Its an older hotel complex with lots of function halls, residence wing and even a smaller hotel at the front of the building. Looks like Sheraton did a good job maintaining it, the bathroom does not show its age and there is no odd smell.

Its an older hotel and you can see it in the furniture, the sofa is crazy soft, almost fell through it. The from door is a drive in and hard to spot from outside, main area shows its age, breakfast really caters to Chinese conference crowd, large selection but nothing excellent and the seating are shows its wear and tear. The room service is not up to Sheraton standard, maybe no-one orders the items. Maybe they hosted too many conferences, the public bath room in the lobby is very worn out, dark and out of soap. I got an upgrade and breakfast included. I hate to see in what condition smoking rooms for conference is like, but I find the price a bit pricy for the quality of the stay. I can do without breakfast and willing to pay for higher quality meal.

The room was well decorated, clean and the bed were very comfortable. The gym and pool were well maintain.

Breakfast had limited selection for westerners and was mostly cater to the local customers. Also getting coffee was a bit difficult, chaotic and took a bit long to get it.

Very quit large room. Friendly people at the breakfast!

The bathroom was not spotless clean, as it normally is. There were some black hairs in the shower and bath. Also some black mould spots in the shower. This was a bit of a surprise.
