Large spacious room that was very well presented. The room was very neat and tidy and very clean. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival. Our hosts were extremely obliging which made our stay that much better.

everything was good, but the wifi didn’t work well for us. other than that we had all we needed.

Bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze to get into but ok once in there.

This was a very basic room, which served the purpose. There were no extras, not even a spare roll of toilet paper so thank goodness the stay was only one night. It was clean & tidy with working AC to keep out the cold.

If you end up with a room near the stairs be prepared for the foot traffic of people arriving at all hrs and not necessarily considerate of the noise they make.

We were only in Bathurst for one night, so we were looking for something reasonably priced, comfortable, and warm. Wasn't a palace, but ticked the boxes. Was clean, large bathroom, and front desk was helpful and friendly

Parking was difficult. Luckily we didn't have lots of luggage, had to park way over other side of property in comparison to our room. Parking spaces weren't marked and some inconsiderate guests took up 2 spaces. Just a friendly warning
