Lovely spacious clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Handy regular shuttle bus from and to Incheon airport. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage and the knowledge of a very helpful concierge we set off to explore Incheon for the day. Also Had a great view of the sunset.from our room.

Mostly restricted to meals at the hotel but admittedly the buffet (although a little pricey) and breakfast have an excellent choice of dishes.

初めて泊まったので、 WESTとEAST と別れてて複雑でした。

Clean stylish room with huge window I can see airplane and beautiful view. Swimming pool , Locker room and Sauna with spa were very nice. Stuff were kind and full of hospitality. Walk distance to Paradise City for shopping and restaurant.

Was disappointed with No-Espresso machine in Room.

직원이 매우 친절해요. 비가 내리는데 파라다이스시티플라자로 저녁식사를 하러 가려고 길을 물었는데 먼저 샌딩서비스를 제안해주셨어요 비가 오는데 걸어가기 애매하다고 밴으로 목적지까지 데려다주셨습니다. 너무 감사해서 글로 남깁니다^^ 호텔 컨디션도 넓고 쾌적해서 가족 모두 만족스러웠습니다 가족 호캉스로 추천합니다~~

호텔내에 식음료가 비싸서 근처 식당을 이용해야하는건 좀 불편했어요. 종류도 제한적이고 가격도 만만치 않아서 간단한 간식거리는 준비해가는게 좋아요 편의점도 도보로 거리가 꽤 멀더라구요

make you wear swim cap to use swimming pool (saw others just using baseball caps) - poor rule never heard of such thing for hygene purposes

Stunning hotel, very simple, organized, clean, and comfortable. Absolutely loved the beds. The provided shuttle to airport was very convenient.

Seemed expensive however it was very nice. Definitely worth it. We left too early in the morning to be able to try the breakfast so not sure about the food.

indifferent staff service. brochure advertised week- day buffet lunch deal yet staff rejected it being a public holiday. Their advertisement was a mistake, so they should have accepted responsibility & honored the discount offer for a customer.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, the rooms were spotless and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. The property is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and small bars as well as small supermarkets. Although the property is a 5 minute car ride to the International Airport you could not hear any additional noise.

Close to Airport. Loved that a free shuttle to Airport was provided.

Bed was very uncomfortable. We seemed to roll toward each other.

The spacious room and plentiful non-korean TV channels. Service is generally above par and the regular airport transfer service is great.

Incheon airport is pretty dull looking after dark. The authorities should light it up.

Restaurant staff specially breakfast too bad. They didn’t know how to escort the customer. They need more training about foreign guest explain and seat.

This hotel, its staff and facilities are excellent and the breakfast was very good too. The rooms are large, very clean, very quiet and nicely appointed. The gym looked very well equipped and the pool is good but be aware that you need a swimming cap to use it.

There is a dedicated hotel shuttle bus which is great but only runs every 1/2 hr. Since the hotel is only 5mins drive from the airport terminal it would have been nice if this bus was a little more frequent.

Handy (free) shuttle bus from airport to hotel and back - only took 15 mins. Staff friendly and helpful. Room huge and very clean. Bed and pillows were sublime!

Idéal set up before a long flight. Relaxing room with high quality standards. Very nice breakfast that starts early. Shuttles available every 20 mins. Can also be easily reached by cab for a decent price.

Very clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Very good for overnight stay.

Das Grand Hyatt Hotel in Incheon ist ein sehr großes Hotel. Die Zimmer im Westflügel sind sehr groß und haben eine schöne Fensterfront. Die Aussicht ist schön. Lage direkt am Flughafen (5 Minuten mit dem Hoteldienern Shuttle) ist super.

Der Wellnessbereich hat unserer Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt. Wirkt sehr kühl, nicht gemütlich. Es besteht Badekappenpflicht. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist das Hotel zu weit von der Stadt entfernt. Das war uns aber im Vorfeld klar.

Je suis arrivé aux alentours de 16h en compagnie de ma mère. Nous nous sommes dirigés vers le premier bâtiment de l'hôtel, mais la dame de l'accueil nous a informé que notre chambre se trouvait dans l'autre bâtiment à côté. Malheureusement, cette dame n'a pas été très agréable. J'avais l'impression de la déranger lorsque je lui ai dit que je ne souhaitais pas prendre la formule petit-déjeuner. Son attitude était hautaine. Pour un hôtel classé 5 étoiles, j'ai été profondément choqué. L'hôtel est très spacieux, mais la décoration est minimaliste, le personnel laisse à désirer, la piscine ressemble à celle d'une piscine municipale (avec l'obligation de porter un bonnet de bain), et la salle de sport n'est pas exceptionnelle. Je ne comprends pas comment cet hôtel a obtenu ses 5 étoiles, mais à mon avis, je lui accorderais seulement 3 étoiles, pas plus.
