We loved staying here for so many reasons. The view, the access to the beach, the communication with Lisa - it was all great!

We loved our time here. The view is breathtaking! Our favorite part of renting this condo is the interaction with Lisa! She kept in communication with us leading up to our stay and had useful recommendations of things to do in the area. Lisa made sure we had all our questions answered and was the ideal host!

The place was just what we needed. Lots of thoughtful touches around the condo. Breath-taking views and the closest to the beach that you can get! We loved the ease of choosing elevator or steps close to the the unit, but not too close. Great communication with the owners and super easy in and out of the unit on a daily basis, and with check-in and out. Easy peasy, and a relaxing week!

It was simply amazing. The views inside and and out are beautiful. The condo is amazing and spacious. Will definitely stay there again and again. Out of 25 years of going to the Gulf area it was the best of all trips.

This property is incredible. The building is impeccably maintained. The pool and hot tub were always clean and crystal clear. Elevator was new and the lobby was always clean. We utilized the underground parking, which was great during a rainy day. The building even has a trash chute a few steps from your door. The unit itself was even better. Every single thing you could think of was there. Even things we didn't expect. TV's in all the bedrooms was a huge plus with the kiddos. Plenty of nice dishes, cups of all sizes, lots of silverware, and everything needed to feed 3 families a wide range of meals. Nice pots and pans and everything you could think of. Appliances were new or near new and worked flawlessly. Nicely decorated with a great beach feel. Enough natural light available that you needed sunglasses inside. The balcony was large and has an entrance off the master bedroom. Easily allowing all of us the chance to sit outside together. The view was fabulous. The corner unit makes the view panoramic. The beach is very private and allowed us some wonderful beach days. We saw dolphins every day. We even had a visit from some small stingrays that cane in small groups for about 30 minutes one day. Swimming right past me holding my grandson. The hosts treat you like family, not customers. The other oweners/guests were friendly and pleasant. Our trip was magical.

We loved our stay and Lisa was great to work with. The condo was clean and well stocked. Everything was so convenient and the sand is just a ride down the elevator. The condo only has 24 units so the beach was never crowded and the complimentary beach chairs are a must in any rental we stay at. We will definitely be back again! Overall a great experience.

Had a wonderful time at the Sea Dunes Condo in Oct. Weather was great and Okaloosa Islandnis my favorite beach spot.

Million dollar view! Condo was perfect size for the family, plenty of things to do. Best of all you can stare at the beach all day while listening to the ocean waves.

Lisa and Steve were wonderful to work with!!! Gave great tips on what to do , and we felt like we could reach out to them at anytime and they would always get right back to us. Great location to the beautiful beach, loved having the chairs and umbrella included… FYI… if you tip the young man setting up chairs he’ll reserve you a set the entire week so you don’t have to rush down in the morning and put towels on the chairs. Nicely decorated plenty of room for family of 6. Little convienent store with in 3 min walk…. Restaurants were a little bit of a walk, we choose to drive but the location was great …. Easy ride to everything !! Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise

A lovely, spacious condo! When not at the beach, we were on our deck gushing over the view. The Gulf is right outside your door, just steps away. Fun to walk on the wide, clean beach and in the neighborhoods. Saw a few dolphins!

This condo had been recently updated and the pictures listed do not do it justice. Very beautiful condo and very comfortable. Lisa was great at communicating - super personable and kind. Will definitely be looking to book with them again. Fort Walton is always a favorite - we’ve been coming here for a few years now and it was a quiet and relaxed week, though we did stay in December. Overall love this condo and would recommend.

The unit was clean and has everything you need. I would rent this unit again. Lisa is so friendly. Couple of downers was that the hot tube is very small so my whole family of six couldn't be in all at once. The pool isn't heated which I think it should be for the colder days. The master bedroom mattress could be flipped/rotated. It would be helpful to know where things are at (like the beach chairs), didn't know they were under the bed till we were leaving and I looked under the bed to make sure we didn't leave anything behind. There is a list of things to do before check out which is very helpful. Overall, the best part is opening the curtains and seeing the Gulf just a few feet away from you. The view is gorgeous! Listening to the waves hit the shore is relaxing and laughing at the sea gulls trying to steal people's food is entertaining. There is also plenty to do when the sky is overcast or raining.

Wonderful property just steps away from clear blue ocean water with a beautiful white sand beach. The condo has all the appropriate utensils if you want to cook in or there are a number of goods restaurants within minutes of the condo. The owners are very pleasant to work with and will answer any questions you may have.

We had a wonderful time at this condo! There were so many needed items that were already there! A light bulb was out in the living room, there were extras in the laundry room! Paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher tabs and dish soap already there. It was wonderful to not have to worry about these extras! The view was amazing out the living room and master bedroom windows! Would stay again if we come back to Okaloosa Island.

Words can’t really properly describe how perfect this condo really is!! If you’re looking for space, cleanliness & the most perfect view of the most beautiful beach in the country-look no further than Steve & Lisa’s impeccable beach home! My family of 7 had all the space we needed & more here. The huge laundry area is such a bonus considering most condos just have a stackable unit in a closet. We were so blown away by the super large balcony-definitely the most spacious of any condo we’ve ever stayed in. The location of the unit is amazing as well, we loved being on the end. The building is very quiet & serene because of the small size which leads to a lot less crowded beach! Cannot say enough about the view, it’s just perfect! My kids absolutely loved the pool & you’re literally steps from the gorgeous white sand. You can really tell Steve & Lisa take great pride in their beautiful beach home & are the most caring, thoughtful owners you could dream of dealing with. Highly, highly recommend renting with them & we will definitely be back! We’ve definitely found our little piece of paradise for years to come! Thanks so much for an AMAZING week, Steve & Lisa!

We love staying here. The view can't be beat and the place is always so clean. We never want to stay anywhere else.

Our week stay at Sea Dunes met our expectations and more and was a perfect home away from home. The gulf view from the living area and balcony was stunning!! We loved falling asleep to the sound of the crashing waves that could be heard from the master bedroom. The balcony is huge and was our hangout every evening. From the balcony we had an amazing view of the gulf, beach, and even saw a pod of dolphins swim by. The condo is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Thank you for providing beach service!! The 2 chairs and umbrella was used every day. We even had room to set up a small cabana behind since there were 3 of us. We loved how the beach was never crowded. It was calm, peaceful, and relaxing!! Thank you Lisa & Steve for everything!!

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit. Great owners and beautiful condo. We will be back!
