Host served us 3 different fantastic breakfasts during our 3 nights stay. We really enjoyed their hospitality~

Managed by a lovely couple, the service was personable and kind - they gave us a small change for taxi ride to train station when we checked out as they felt apologetic they could not give us a ride due to busy period, even though it was not required . They have hot baths which we could use privately. Breakfast was generous and excellent. Room was quiet and clean, and the heated floor kept the room warm at night. Overall a lovely stay!

It is a little far from train station but we booked the place knowingly.

We loved everything!! If you’re traveling by car, this is the place for you. The location is close to all the little attractions and they offer free parking. There is a private onsen (2 of them, actually) that we absolutely loved! The rooms are spacious, extremely clean, and they have floor heating. I would say the best part of the stay was the host, who was incredibly welcoming and friendly (even though our Japanese was very very limited). Don’t forget to get the breakfast option, I promise you will not regret it :)

The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are super clean and comfortable and they have floor heating. The two large hot spring baths are very enjoyable. Breakfast is always delicious. This was our third stay here in the past six months.

The host was tremendously friendly and generous, and the breakfast was quite delicious as well! Plus, it has kashikiri onsen, and that’s pretty suitable for couples or families. If I will go to Karuizawa again, I will definitely staying here.

The owners are super friendly and helpful. Our room was large, comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is very nice. The big baths are really nice. The location allows an easy and pleasant walk of 15 minutes into either part of Karuizawa town. Renting bicycles and exploring the area is also very easy from this location.

The atmosphere of the place. It makes you so at ease.
