Well organised and clean. Lots of facilities and clearly signed. Clean. After hours key safe text message.

Door lock worn out, frustrating after a long day. Fridge is loud, kept me awake. Way too expensive. In Europe eg Germany I would be getting a seriously good hotel room for the same money with a waiter serving breakfast.

The cabin was roomy, comfy bed. Shower ok a bit touchy. Bbq area a bonus and very clean. Close to town centre. Laundry free washer & dryer access brilliant.

Would have liked access to a fan instead of relying on air con. But the night ended up cooler than expected so not too stuffy.

had a spider under a pillow and the aircon seemed to struggle with the heat , no cooling in the bedrooms

Cabin was nice and clean. Lights and air conditioner on for our comfort when we arrived. Bathroom looks like it has recently been done up and looks lovely. A nice large cabin for a family of 6. Check in process was very easy upon our late arrival. Front entrance to the park is very beautiful. Love the closed in yard beside the cabin.

Location of the cabin was not great, the area of the park it was in seems to be somewhat neglected compared to other sections of the park. Disappointed there is not a playground/pool or similar for a 'family' park especially in the middle of nowhere. Disappointed there were large Calthrop plants at the front door.

The staff were very helpful and noticeably went above and beyond to make our family visit a pleasant memorable experience.
