The place was comfortable and location was just walking distance.

Might need to improve on getting rid off the cockroaches although it’s not a problem to me 😅

Except for location, there was nothing pleasant about my experience renting this apartment.

Except for 1 day, Wifi did not work through my entire 29 day stay. I had to buy a data card and connect to it as I was traveling on work. There was no cleaning service in the 29 days either. No bath towels were provided and after requesting, 1 towel was given. Bed linen was faded and worn out. Toiletry bottles were empty and had to be requested. After my check-out, owner claimed that my electricity consumption was exceptionally high - almost RM 1000 and hence I owed them money over and above the deposit of RM300 which she refused to return. I lived in the apartment for only 20 days, as I had to travel to other parts of Malayasia, and used the aircon only at night since I would be at work all day, including weekends. An average 2 bedroom apartment electricity charges are maximum RM 200, in Kuala Lumpur with 2 aircons working through the night, so fail to understand how can a single aircon working from 8hrs on 20 days, run up a charge of RM 948! Request booking.com team to help address this gross exploitation by property owner. This is my first extremely bad experience since I have started using booking.com in early 2018 so please do look into this matter.
