Nous avons pu faire le check-in a 8h30 et ça c’était un réel plus surtout après notre bus de nuit.
La chambre était grande, la clim et la wifi fonctionnait parfaitement. La cuisine était fonctionnelle.
Pour la localisation si vous souhaitez être proche de la plage principal et du supermarché c’est idéal par contre je déconseille si vous souhaitez être proche de la Punta.
Nous avons fait l’excursion dauphins et nous en sommes très contents.
Le personnel n’est pas très agréable. Le frigo était dégoûtant pour ne pas être plus vulgaire cf photo « entrée » . Le ménage de manière générale est vraiment à revoir. Pour le prix payé c’est un peu abusé.
Il manque quelques équipements dans la cuisine comme une passoire.
Enfin, nous n’avons pas aimé le système du petit déjeuner : 2 choix (uniquement salé) soit une spécialité mexicaine salée et épicée comme des enchiladas par exemple ou des oeufs avec du chorizo ou du jambon. Il change tous les jours. Si vous êtes sucré et que vous souhaitez du pain vous devez payer 15 pesos. Pour + de 40€ la nuit c’est un peu cher pour les services proposés.

Came here for the second time because everything is just perfect - nice staff, clean rooms with A/C and reasonable prices and of course the super delicious breakfast!

We loved our stay here - there was absolutely nothing to want. The beds are comfortable, the rooms have great air-con, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was SOOOO delicious (there was even a vege option).

The beds were comfortable and the pools refreshing. Walking distance to playa principal, but walking back is uphill so need a pool swim when you get there. We took taxis to Carrizalillo (50 pesos), Zicatelo (80) and La Punta (100). We walked to Manzanillio Beach from the hotel.
We had an earthquake during our stay. The staff reassured us all was OK.

Good value stay in Puerto Escondido. We had a room next to the pool with no view, which was okay and quiet enough.

It's a good place to stay... Good location, nice pool, room with the kitchen was ok it has AC.
I had to ask for the AC remote and they play dumb asking if my room had one, they gave me one but without batteries. So I just used the ones from the TV remote.
Place is good but those cheap tricks are annoying. you pay extra for it and you kind of have to beg to get it.

Nice, clean facility with lovely pools. Room was large and comfy. Shower had hot water with great water pressure. A/C was a blessing in this heat. Wifi works fantastic.
It said “ocean view,” but you only really get a peek of it. Bathroom could use a little love, but it was clean enough.

the hotel is very noisy. At night (11pm - 4am) loud parties are celebrated in large groups. the staff didn't care.

Great value for money if the location works for you. Buses to chacahua leave only a few minutes wall away. Next to a big supermarket.

The hotel was right next to a department store and within walking distance to taquerias and a smoothie place with great drinks and food. It was also only about a 20 minute walk to Playa Carrizalillo and Puerto Angelito. Less than a fifteen minute walk to Playa Principal and only a 80 pesos ride to La Punta.

The hotel was brilliant. My room was large, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy and the wifi was very strong. The hotel is right next to a supermarket for provisions and a short walk to the beach and a street full of eating options. Plenty to see and do around the immediate vicinity. It is located about 30m from the OCC bus terminal and about 1.3 km from the other bus terminal (about 50 -60 pesos in a taxi). I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Nothing to dislike, the place was great.
