The townhome was great place for our family to stay. Easy access to multiple chairlifts, and a short walk from Main Street. Overall, would highly recommend. I was disappointed with 2 items in terms of cleanliness. First, upon arrival there were dirty dishes left in the master bedroom (coffee cup, water glass, plate). Second, there was medication found on floor in the master bathroom. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, but our 1 year old son was crawling on the floor when we found it. Luckily we spotted it before he got to it or tried to eat it. I would highly recommend this location to others, and hope to stay here again on a return trip to Breckinridge.

The condo was updated and clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals so we weren’t eating out more than once per day. Short walk to the pool and Main Street. We will definitely stay here again.

We were 100% satisfied with this rental condo! Beautifully decorated, modern and clean. Had plenty of room for our family of five, but could easily accommodate more. Very close to downtown and hiking trails. We will definitely rent again in the future!

This is our 3rd winter in Breck, first time in this condo. We enjoyed the accommodations and location very much. The layout was perfect for us with 3 older kids and and 3 adults. Enough room for all of us without feeling cramped. It was nice to have a garage as we had snow several time and wouldn’t have had anything to clean off our ginormous rental vehicle had it been snowed upon. Would definitely stay here again.

My siblings and I came to this property for a last-minute getaway with our father and we had so much fun.
The snowflake lift is a short two blocks uphill and 4 o’clock easily skis you almost back to your front door. Loved all the recent upgrades, kitchen was very well stocked. would definitely return to this spot.

Nicely furnished with modern decor and appliances. Shared pool and hot tubs just steps away from your front door.

Our stay was awesome. The property was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. We were a 5 minute walk to both the lift and the town and a 3 minute walk from the pool/hot tubs. Communicating with the hosts was super easy as well. Will recommend this property to anyone travelling to Breck and will definitely consider renting here again!

Excellent condo for 3 guys on a ski trip. Great condition and perfect location. Just 5-10 minutes walk from many bars and restaurants and same to 2 lifts which accessed different parts of the mountain - very handy. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was really nice, high quality, and conveniently located. While not fully ski in/ out, you are 2 blocks from the snowflake chair, and 2 blocks from the 4 o'clock trail. All thr place and furniture as new and spotless. I would come back again!

Nice townhouse layout with too many stairs to climb at altitude for us flatland visitors. Not a true ski in ski out, but close. If your unit is near 4 o’clock Road, it’s a breeze. If your unit is at the back of the complex, it more than doubles the walk to the Snowflake lift - BUT it puts you very close to the village pool and tubs.

We’ve been to Breck several times and this was our second stay at Winterpoint, but first stay at this condo. We choose it specifically for the proximity to Snowflake lift and the ski back on 4 o’clock run AND the short walk to Main St. It’s the perfect location for us. The condo itself was nice. There was no TV in the guest room which would have been nice. The kitchen was well stocked and the flooring was nice rather than carpeting. Overall a great stay!

Spring getaway
Our stay here was great! We greatly enjoyed it. The location was just a few blocks from Main St which was fantastic. All the things we needed to cook meals and relax in the evenings!
There were a lot of stairs within the townhome (which I should have realized), which were difficult for my mother to navigate however she managed. I would definitely stay again with the remainder of my family!

Townhome had a well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of space for our family of four. It was an added plus to have the 1/2 bath off of the kitchen. Primary shower was a delight for sore muscles after skiing. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Very well stocked and great location for our ski vacation. Easy access to slopes and town. Walked to rent gear from Charter Sports and walked to Snowflake lift to get on the mountain in minutes. Super cute condo. Perfect for our family of 5.

Our primary goal was walking distance to lifts and town. This accomplished both. 5m walk to Snowflake lift, and 5m walk to town. Unit was in good shape with all the stuff we needed. Would stay again.

My family and friends really enjoyed the property ! It was a great location close to both ski lifts and Main Street . The unit was a comfortable size for our group of 6 .
