Loved our week at number 9, Sunrise Beach Club. Condo was perfect for two couples. Loved the pool, beach, and Viola’s. And, the super friendly people! One suggestion…thermal or plastic glasses for pool drinks :)

We had a great time. Location is great, right on a beautiful beach. Washing machine didn’t work when we got there but the owners had it fixed before the day was over. We felt very safe during our stay and the property managers were very helpful.

Lovely condo owners who communicated stay details clearly and timely. Location was excellent - safe and on a beautiful beach and 5 min walk to Atlantis. Condo was well stocked with amenities and the 2 pools and restaurant onsite was enjoyed ! The condo needed some updates but overall we enjoyed our stay and were comfortable there for our family vacation.! Thank you!

Located on a beautiful beach overlooking the Caribbean. We were able to walk to shopping etc. The hotel also has a nice restaurant that also has entertainment some nights. The apartment was very comfortable withb 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. I believe there was a change over in ownership from the time we reserved to the time we arrived and some things were not in the apartment that should have been but that was all corrected with one email. The kitchen was very well stocked but they could use more bath and beach towels., facial tissues, shampoo for both bathrooms and a few games would be nice. Overall I would highly recommend staying there

We had a wonderful week in this condo. Supplied with everything we needed. We felt very safe and comfortable. It was convenient to have Viola’s restaurant near by. Enjoyed several meals there. Within walking distance to everything Paradise Island has to offer. It was nice to have a relaxing spot to return to after enjoying an evening at the Marina Village or Atlantis. We loved the fact that it was also dog friendly. Montana and Jellybean were a welcome sight for us as we were missing our own dogs while on vacation! We are looking forward to our next vacation and will definitely return to this location! Felt like a home away from home!

We had a terrific week at Sunrise Beach Villas. The property is in a great location and very clean and safe which was important to me as my 17 and 20 year old sons went out to explore several times. I never worried about them. I was able to lay by the pool and read a book. We ate several meals at Violas (on-site) and Anthony's (just up the street). Both had yummy conch fritters and good drinks. We even had the buffet at Atlantis one morning, it was a short walk down the street.Everything we needed was in walking distance - a virtually private beach where we swam with masks and saw schools of fish and even a sting ray, restaurants, shopping, small grocery store, Atlantis. Even a Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts were a less than ten minute walk. We did laundry every day, very convenient but needed to keep the loads small to reduce the number of drying cycles. Not a big deal.The tours were easy to schedule - recommend the trip to Stuart Cove to snorkel with turtles and Rose Island. We snorkeled twice at the reef off Pearl Island - gorgeous. We went to the Straw Market twice, the kids loved to bargain for items. The ferries stop early (5 or 6pm depending on traffic) so we got stuck one day and had to take a cab back. Cabs only take cash, there is a 12% VAT tax added to each ATM transaction. I should have brought more cash from home. Every place takes USD. The only thing I would do differently is to buy the light groceries on the Island rather than taking the cab to the across the bridge. We didn't spend enough to offset the cost. If I had cooked more meals in the room it would have made sense to make that trip. I personally could have also skipped the Atlantis waterpark. It is crowded and expensive. We preferred the privacy and slow pace we experienced the rest of the trip.Carrie, the sweet woman who takes care of the villa and is also security checked on us multiple times to see if we needed anything. We will miss her! Shout out to Carrie. Overall the week was excellent. We would stay in this place every single trip to Paradise Island. Thanks for everything!

Excellent location. Needs some updating, more towels and wash cloths. The cable never worked and did not get any response from the wiener regarding this issue. Had to contact owner to get info how to get in unit as no info was given beforehand.

My family stayed and not me but based on their feedback, they loved it. The comments I heard were the conveniences of the facility, which included a bar and restaurant, very close proximity to the beach and just the overall positive vibe of the place. On a personal note, this was a trip for my dad who has one more chemo session and I was just grateful for the hospitality of the owners. Tammy and her husband were awesome and accommodating. You never know what folks are going through so I continue to be amazed at the amount of great people we encounter during this very difficult time for my family. Tammy and Bernie, thank you.

Our family stayed here for a week in late March and loved it. The villa is just steps away from the beach, and the beach is pristine. Great location on Paradise Island near Atlantis and walking distance from restaurants and things to do. The villa was clean, the facilities were maintained, and the complex is gated so it always felt very safe. We would return!

This was our second visit to Sunrise Beach Club and beautiful Paradise Island. We were steps from the blue waters of the Caribbean and it’s beach. The condo was very clean and extremely well equipped. Couldn’t have asked for more responsive owners and we had a wonderful time. Thanks to Tammy and Bernie.

My family stayed over Easter weekend, place was awesome, right on beach past pool, very quite, clean,and had extra amenities that reagular condos don't, there are spices,coffee filters, laundry detergent, sun screen, books to read, phone to make local calls, etc. We had an air issue and Tammy and Bernie got it fixed right away. We will for sure stay here again. All locals are so nice and friendly they are proud of their island, they are all so nice to help. Only draw back was no wifi but you can go to front pool and get wifi at Viloas., Violas is the cheapest place to have dinner on island and it was great .

This was the 4th consecutive year my husband and I have rented this spacious, comfortable villa for at least 2 weeks in late February (so we have obviously always enjoyed it), but this year, we were delighted to discover that the owners had completely renovated the kitchen, up-dated the bathrooms, and re-painted...so the place is nicer than ever (not "luxurious," but fresh and bright). AND it's impossible to exaggerate the convenience of having a washer/dryer in the unit! We love Viola's (the friendly on-site bar/grill) and Anthony's (a restaurant within walking distance which offers the best black bean soup in the world), and my husband, who likes to play a little blackjack on vacation, loves the short walk to the Atlantis casino. (We always rent a car so we can "cross the bridge" for groceries and the occasional fancy restaurant meal...try Graycliff, Luciano's and Matisse...but not necessary to have a car, especially for a short stay when it's not necessary to stock a lot of groceries, as one can easily get a taxi.) I should add that the owners are also a pleasure to deal with. The ONLY negative has nothing to do with the villa itself, but the pool in the complex...it's pretty and sparkling clean, but it's unheated...so it's FRIGID (at least in February...may be fine later in the year).

My son and his 3 friends stayed in this unit for a high school graduation getaway. The villa was roomy enough for them and was fully equipped. This unit even had a washer and dryer which was convenient to dry wet towels and bathing suits. It had all the bed linens and bath towels needed. The grounds were clean and there was security 24/7. Tammy and Ken who own the unit were great in answering our questions. Renting this unit was easy and the location was great. The boys were able to walk to Atlantis as well as some restaurants. The beach was uncrowded and lots of offers for water sports. Bring your snorkeling gear because we saw fish and stingrays everyday, it was great!!! There is a beach bar in front of the hotel on the beach and a gazebo offering massages. We can't wait to go back to paradise.

Just returned from our 4 day stay at sunrise. This condo sits in an area of Sunrise Villas which has a beautiful pool which is exclusively for the few units that surround it. The pool deck hangs over a spectacular beach which is far enough away from Atlantis to be quiet, but close enough to go for a walk and explore the many great restaurants and shops (and yachts) on the boardwalk. We have been to Paradise Island before, but staying in this condo changed the entire experience. Its wonderful to wake up in the morning and be able to make your coffee and enjoy the great view from your quiet patio. The condo had 2 bedrooms, lots of towels ect....full kitchen with everything you need. The condo kitchen and bath were a little dated, but everything was clean and comfortable. Sofas seemed new and very comfortable (although we didnt spend much time sitting inside). We plan on returning!

This was a 2 Bed/2Bath unit just steps from the beautiful beach. This property is in desperate need of updating and cleaning. Everything is functional but showing major signs of years of use without deep cleaning and necessary maintenance. The kitchen is 1980's showing signs of rusting and mildew. The bathrooms need to be gutted. The carpet and tile needs to be pulled up and replaced. The bedding is old and dingy. On the bright side, the owners were easy to work with, the beach is so close, and the price was right. The little restaurant/bar has good wings and is convenient. Atlantis is within walking distance. Its cool to walk through, very expensive to eat at. I think I would pay a little more to stay at a renovated unit.

A great place for a family vacation! Comfortable condos (we rented two for the 10 of us), great pools, and right on the beach, just 5 minute walk from Atlantis. We didn't need a car and just walked everywhere (took a taxi one time to go to the Nassau market). Recommend it highly.
