The staff was very friendly, the room was very very clean. Perfect location, and we were able to visit everything on foot.

location was superb. accommodation was exceptionally clean and room comfort was great. I had booked a studio apartment so had a fridge, two ring electric hob, microwave and coffee machine available for my use. Tomar can get very hot so the fridge certainly came in handy to keep my drinks cold! My apartment was on the top floor and was very well laid out and felt quite spacious. Room also had air conditioning. Thomar Story offered breakfast at a small extra charge which was great and was constantly being replenished by attentive staff. The property itself does not have private parking, but free parking is available in a spacious public car park 4 mins walk from the property by the municipal market.

Whilst this was not a problem to me, the property had no lift so people with mobility issues may have a problem with the stairs.

New small town-centre guest house by river, close to shops/bars/restaurants. Clean and comfortable room with good wifi. There was a kitchenette, though I did not use it. A small balcony, though only over an interior courtyard with no view as such. Reasonably priced.

The booking acknowledgement said that access was only via a key code, which I would be sent before arrival, but which I never received. When I got there, I found the door open and a lady at reception. So that was a rather misleading acknowledgement. Otherwise, no complaints.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully designed and comfortable rooms with all the necesities. Excellent location. Prima relation price/quality- Tasteful and diversified buffetbreakfast.

location was central, room was spacious with facilities to make food which would have been great had i been staying longer than one night.

the stairs are wood so the clanking of people coming in late woke me up a few times. the bathroom was infested with ants, i put the bathmat down and when i returned for a shower the floor was covered with ants. this was a room with foodmaking facilities so i was glad i decided against using them.

Nice breakfast, great location. Helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable bed and good shower.

Rooms were modern , airy and spacious . Comfortable , very Clean Great linen and great shower power . Quick check in , staff very pleasant and welcoming .
