Love the bed. So comfortable.

Value for Money and it is quite clean.

Wifi is quite slow sometimes.

The hotel is clean, the hotel staff is friendly. It's very value for money.

The air-condition is not working well. The blow fender is not working and it's not cold enough. They should check first before renting that room out. Making me a bit too stuffy to sleep.

Location is fantastic. Walking distance to all the famous food area e g. Chee chong fun and to river cruise area and Leaning clock Tower.

The recipient staff is so helpful....she help me to store my ice pack in freezer after she knows that the ice pack is for medical purposes....

The location of the hotel was ideal as it was nearby to the places and restaurants that me any my family wanted to visit and wanted to dine in. Also like the layout of the room as it was good for a family of three. The price of the room was also reasonable since due to the hotel's location.

Didn't really like the layout of the bathroom as the shower area will wet the toilet seat and also the other part of the hotel. Cleanliness in the bathroom could also be improved as well as there were some water marks on the mirror and also the toilet door inside the toilet area was not really cleaned properly. Had issue with the hairdryer as well as there was a defect with the hairdryer that caused it to emit smoke smell from the hairdryer & had to get it replaced with another one.
