the villa is lovely and spacious. clean and well equipped kitchen although we didn’t do any cooking it seemed that everything was there. the pool is great and was cleaned well every couple of days. Great and good communication with the owner when we needed it.

we would have given this an excellent score if the water pressure for the shower had been better. The water pressure upstairs was really quite poor and if I’m honest put us off from using the pool as much as we wanted too as taking a shower afterwards took a long time. the other thing that needs a bit of TLC are the outside chairs coming unwrapped but were still usable.

Spacious, good facilities, very clean pool. asked for pool lights to be put on, this was done immediately.

We were burgled and had money stolen. Some shutters and windows were not secure. some windows you could not even lock. Informed owner who said she would sort but was not sorted whilst we were there.

Short drive to the strip. Pool was a good size. bedrooms were a decent size.

where to start.. no basics left as a welcome pack, not even a manual. Have been coming to Cyprus for the past 9 years - always had in other villas. Struggles to find the villa at first as they were numbered yet advertised on Here as a name. The pin code given for the lock for the key was incorrect, has to ring to find it out. Sliding doors leading out to the garden and balcony did not lock properly, relied upon the shutters. Actually got broken into and robbed and response from the owner that she wasn’t really bothered. The chairs in the garden were extremely tatty and coming apart (will attach photos - 3 of the chairs were like this) 5 adults staying in the villa and was confirmed upon booking yet only 4 loungers. Contacted the owner and was advised we needed to walk up to her fathers to collect the sun lounger - disgusting. There was no net to clean the pool with so got very dirty quickly. A cleaner did come but was here for 5 minutes and didn’t do much. No lillos left in the pool. Pool light came on around 5pm when it was still light and sun out then went off at 8;30pm - again still light. Needs amending as barely any light outside after dark. Shower pressure was poor. WiFi was nonexistent, allowed you to connect then disconnected you about 3 seconds later. The basic communication from the owner was poor, wanted to stay an extra night as our flight wasn’t until late - had to chase every day for about 4 days before we got an answer.

Good location for Coral Bay beaches.

The place a bit tired, some of the prior observations not attended to: barbecue still not cleaned (dreadful condition), water pressure terrible (could be solved with a booster pump). Patio chairs falling apart, limited crockery, gas oven doesn't light automatically, no pool net to skim, noisy air conditioner in one bedroom. All easily fixed with a bit of attention. Advertising not correct - no dishwasher or toiletries.

Nice house ,lovely swimming pool, great grill 👌.. We'd certainly recommend booking ...Any slight hiccups were promptly sorted out ...

Practically nothing apart from ,kids outside chairs were broken...Still ,well recommended..

Quiet / nice location. Plenty of space outside by the pool. The pool was clean.

The high chair was dirty. We wanted to get a shower and the water didn't have any pressure. The kitchen utensils need to be renewed. Cooking pots, kettle, coffee pot etc. No extra toilet paper. The oven wasn't working properly. The BBQ was dirty and oxidized.

We loved the pool and the living space and the fact we had a washing machine. We liked having many towels and two hand towels in the kitchen. The place is lovely, parking the car inside felt safe. Many dishes and kitchen utensils. You can feel the place is loved and lived in. Also plenty of hot water which is great. Beautiful home and great location!!

I did not like arriving to a sink with barely any dish liquid, a used sponge and no washcloth. We would also have much appreciated the bare basics: salt and pepper, sugar or tea. You’d expect the place to supply the basics especially since we arrived late in the evening after a long drive and a supermarket or small stores were far. It took us a while to find the base for the parasol and it would have been really nice to have a type-written page with the details to contact the person in charge. Also it would be courteous to have enough toilet paper in the house so we need not buy some and some little shampoo and soap containers like other bookings places have, or kindly indicate that there will be none. If the season was two weeks earlier we would have needed more blankets and there were none. Barely one per person. The shower curtain was unstable and the water in the shower was scant.
