Everything was perfect. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Me and my boyfriend have the same birthday and they bring us happy birthday cakes for free. We really enjoyed our trip to Abu Dhabi and this hotel. For sure we will be back again. The hotel is near to Marina and to Abu Dhabi Mall. Taxis are everywere so it's easy to get from the hotel to everywhere.

The concierge must take care more about the requests of the client. I had to personally go to them 4 times (up and down the hotel) before getting solved my problem. It was impossible to contact the Hotel via mail o e whatsapp (if couldn't phone them because I got an international phone), these two helpline are completely useless.

Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is friendly and polite and the reception staff was incredible understanding and helpful with our requests. Breakfast could have had a wider food selection, but overall it was ok. The hotel placement is a plus as well, the corniche is close and there are many restaurants in the area. The Abu Dhabi mall is also very close, if you're interested in shopping. It was my 2nd stay in this hotel and I will definitely go back.

Although not really needed, it would be nice if the rooms will get a refresh in the future, new design, furniture etc.

Location is pretty nowhere 2 days (out of 3) the room service forgot to leave towels and it took quite a long time until they brought them after my call No even a single USB. All the sockets are UK-standard (reception gave us a convertor to EU) Shower cabin is very old and water didn't drain well

The bedroom is large with a king size bed very comfortable. Shower is large.

Bathroom was pretty dark and needs to be renovated. Gym material is not up-to-date and needs a refresh.
