La ubicación perfecta , camas cómodas .
La lavadora no funcionaba, la plancha estaba quemada , muy oscuro , la madera del baño estaba levantada y poca presión en la ducha.

Il copriletto della camera da letto (dove c’è la tv) era macchiato. Lo scarico della doccia non defluiva bene. Peccato sono tutte cose risolvibili. Per il resto tutto molto bello.

Paolo was wonderful at checkin and answered any questions we had. Good value for the size of the apartment. There were plenty of options for brekafast/lunch/dinner in the area and the supermarket was close by.
Minor things - The apartment is fairly modern however some could use a bit of maintenance. We needed a WiFi connection to contact the host at checkin via WhatsApp.

Very convenient location, close to Ponte Vecchio, pretty spacious apartment with nice touches and design, very clean rooms! Very comfortable layout and lots of space for all of your belongings. Friendly and helpful host, easy access to the apartment with either key or code. Dish washer, washing machine and bathroom amenities 👍🏻
One of the bedrooms’ windows overlook the busy street and it was noisy very late at night and early morning.

central location, roomy accomodation
i am sure it once was a lovely appartment but right now it is in need of a serious overhaul. i can get over falling of the toilet because the seat was loose, but a mouldy shower, broken fridge and freezer, badly cleaned kitchen and bathroom are absolute no no’s. the lock situation with wifi is iffy at best, but did work after some time. instructions were poor. my kids compared finding and opening the apartment to their recent escape room expeince. the faulty deadlock and digital lock on the frontdoor does not feel safe. the light switches are just pure comedy and have to be experienced to be believed.
but… the location is absolutely phenomenal and a good time was had by all.

Great location and clean. Host was very responsive
The air conditioners are very weak. We could spend much time inside due to the temperature. Sleeping was difficult. Other than that, the place is great. Weak air conditioning in an Italian Summer is the reason for the rating.

the noise at night! our bedroom window was overlooking the street and the sound insulation was very poor. the street below is a busy one until the early hours so it proved quite annoying the sound at all times. also the central heating was very difficult to control

Location was great!
Temperature control. Front/street side bedroom could not be adequately cooled. When we arrived heat was on & it registered over 30. Even with air conditioning on we could not get the temperature lower than about 26.
