Washer and dryer in the apartment

Being charged more than quoted on booking.com. charges and fees should be quoted upfront with cost of the rooms and not as a separate fine print which is easy to overlook. Had I known at booking what the actual cost was, I would not have booked this property. Not being able to locate the ph contact to apartment so that I could book direct. Felt ripped off by booking.com. Security just stood inside the gate and stared at me. Not welcoming or helpful. My arrival time was 8pm but the check in staff wasn't there. Security gave me a number to call for him. Wanted to use the gym but it was locked. Was leaving the apartment to pick up dinner, Wanted to remove the gate access key from the keyring so that the power tag could be left in the slot to keep the power on as the washing machine was on, and also to cool the apartment as it was hot in Nadi, but the keyring was soldered so could not remove the gate access key.

the hosts were lovely and the apartment was modern and clean

just the surrounding, but the dogs barking isn’t anything the apartment can change

It was secure, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly.

We booked two bedrooms apartment and this place offer a big kitchen with a full size fridge and dishwasher. we have two separate bathrooms. The bedrooms all have standard queen size beds. The 2 bathrooms all have heated towel rails. The host is nice and helpful. The place has one Mc Donald and a Chinese restaurant nearby. Wifi is fine and easy. Beds are comfy. didn't have chance to try the swimming pool.

The living room doesn't have curtains and there is another building in front of this apartment building and let guest not feel safe and very private. The hotel has the gate and require the guest to phone them to open the gate. we arrived around 6.30pm and it took about 15 mins waiting outside the gate and someone turned up to open for us. The gate should have door bell for guest to press instead of making local phone calls as most of guests don't have local phone.

Good location, clean and spacious rooms. Secured parking.

Very intrusive and rude hosts that accused us of having more then 4 people in the room. He even disturbed my parents at 9.30pm in their room to check how many people were there! I only had 2 of my female relatives who only left their belongings in our room for safe keeping while they were out during the day and returned to collect their items in the evening to stay elsewhere. TV wasn't working. We had to request afew times for a spare key and explain why we needed it.

some bottled water provided initially would have been great location is a little out of the way spare toilet rolls would also have been good
