Great view from the patio of the sunset. Kitchen had good facilities, lovely spacious apartment. Good walk into Cavtat if you don’t mind heights
Vertical road up to the property, needs a smalll car. All the outdoor furnishings were tired. The second bedroom had an uncomfortable mattress, no blinds or shutters to exclude the light and the bed was noisy.

The view from the terrace. This Villa is a Perfect place. Gotta book it when staying in Cavtat.

Amazing view, spacious apartment, nice jacuzzi.
There is musty smell in some rooms on the ground floor and the neighbour is very unpleasant (however, if you behave appropriately, then his presence is just a minor detail).

The villa was huge and bright. The view is absolutely gorgeous.
Beds were comfy.
Air-conditioning in all rooms was fabulous.
Davorin and his sister, Martina were fantastic hosts and really couldn't do enough for you.
The very steep walk back to the villa after a hot day at the beach!
The busy road at the bottom of the hill where you literally took your life in your hands crossing the road.
We couldn't walk to the local shops as we had planned due to the above. Buses were non-existent so we spent a fortune on taxis.

The welcome from Martina, her explanation of the Villa and Cavtat. The fact that she was easily contacted on WhatsApp if we ever needed her(which we didn't).
The climb up to the Villa is a tough one but the views from the hot tub when you get there are stunning.

Everyone and everything was lovely nice and spacious. The host Davorin met us at the airport to the villa which was great he told us all about the villa and trips we could do if we were interested very informative. He left us a welcome pack like milk ,butter,beer, wine, cheese, ham and coffee and water. Great as we didn’t have to run to the shop straight away . Which is only 10 min walk for the villa. The kitchen has everything you need to cook great for family’s TV with English channels games for kids. The views are amazing so quite and relaxing the jacuzzi was great to cool down and relax. Loads of towels and toilet paper. Blankets ,beds comfy and pillows. Plenty of hot water.
It is a little out from cavtat but plenty of taxis and bus at the end of the hill. The hill is steep as other guests have said but doable not for anyone old or disabled. But you can get taxi or if you want rent your own car. Davorin was just a text away if you needed anything. We had a taxi guy Anton,who Davorin recommended he was our taxi for the week excellent service and a gentleman. We had a lovely restful week would definitely stay again.
