The cleanliness and space of the room was up to excellent standard. as well as the location not being too far from the city center

Close to local pub, takeaways and mini supermarket- short walk to town (20 mins approx) Having a fridge in the room was useful and it was totally silent

Had to move the bed to access a plug to charge my phone

So far from the city centre, no one there to greet us when we arrived, no tea, coffee or milk in the room. Had to call the owner when we got to the front door, not overly clean in the bathroom, pubes in the shower, half used shower gel left from other guests. Stairs needed hoovering, smelt very damp, not a warm hotel, wifi code didnt work. The thermostat light on the radiator kept switching on and off and waking us up. Owner didn't check mini fridge after guests had left as there was an opened bottle of water in there. Mirror in bedroom was dirty too. Such a shame that the bathroom wasnt in the room we had.

Very good value. Good location for visiting Leicester, Loughborough or the area. Tesco Express almost next door and restaurants and bars nearby. Small fridge provided.

Little details could have improved the experience (e.g more than one coffee mug for a triple room), a dish towel etc.

The room was not ready I had booked a double on sweat but I couldn't wait until the room was cleaned the tap on the sink was loose I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone else
