Great Breakfast Buffet. A lot of options to choose from and some are swapped daily. Room was nice and quiet. Super close to the lake for long walks along the water. Close proximity to restaurants.

Quiet area, 2 min to the lake. Nicely renovated rooms and all common areas.

Swimming pool and spa area are a bit too small for the size of the hotel.

Nice hotel, clean, modern, friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

A very classy place with very friendly and patient staff. I would hire the tall blond receptionist to train my staff on service any day. Cannot say enough about this place

Culturally, I don’t fully understand differences. It’s very possible that the choice of Hotel Radio was for a specific reason but could potentially find other more thematically consistent stations. I would also recommend clarifying the “choice of” on the Halbpension menu which again could be a cultural difference. I struggle to find any issue and if I had a reason to be in the area longer would not hesitate to stay here.

Booking.com should make clear what "Halbpension" (breakfast and dinner) is or rather that the hotel offers the option. Also some of the staff were confusing about that suggesting that dinner was included in the original price. Breakfast also had a (small) cost though booking.com stated it as "included". Dinner was excellent, very nice 6-course menu on one of the evenings, good breakfast choice, great service.

Some of the staff did not respect the Covid rules.

The room is pretty good, the territory is very nice.

Breakfast could be better, there was not a big choice and no vegetables. The wifi was awful.
