The facilities were amazing! The location was perfect!

The seagulls were outrageous! The noise began around 4:30 in the morning and it was relentless! Also only one fan for two bedrooms. The windows had to stay open because the weather was hot that was okay but one bedroom was hot.

Very clean, tidy and lovely looking and every amenity you possibly need was catered for, the people at the sister hotel were absolutely lovely as well

The absolutely only thing to comment on is the shower was quite slippery so you needed to be quite careful when showering and not make any sudden movements or turning whilst showering, maybe some sort of grippy surface needs applying or whatever it is

Poor information provided in advance. I specifically asked about the number of steps as we had a less abled person with us. I was told first floor. It was third! A lot of steps that made it very difficult for our friend.

The shower was nice and strong.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable to the point my husband actually slept on the floor. It was also extremely noisy which woke our baby up and kept us awake a lot of the night.

The location of this unit was fantastic - steps away from great restaurants and sights, easy to access the train station and so on. The setup suited our needs with the two bedrooms, and it was nice and clean. It's a cute little place that has been done up nicely in an older space that has some character with slanted floors. Our two boys appreciated their beds and said they were comfortable as well. The hosts kindly left some coffee and a little bottle of milk.

There were some signs of wear and tear. There is no lift and the stairs are narrow, so it might be challenging for people with mobility issues.

Great location in bath . Easy access and staff helpful on arrival . Well equipped kitchen so we cook breakfast . Clean and well presented . Beds comfortable.

Bins need in the bedrooms . Only one mirror in the master bedroom so other guests had to keep coming in to share mirror to get ready in ( there for a graduation ) Didn’t sleep well as the local birds ( seagulls) swarted all night long ….. both nights . I’ve never seen or heard so many birds on roofs in a city ! Too many step stairs to the apartment! Not great with suitcases

Great space, great location, great beds, fans available for the heat, heated towel racks, equipped kitchen. We stayed with two kids, it was perfect really the layout of the apartment and everything, lots of space to hang out after the kids had gone to bed and a hallway and two doors away so not bothered about being quiet to avoid waking them. We'll be back

There was a bit of creaking in the floorboards from whoever was upstairs so you could hear if people came in late at night but we couldn't hear any voices at all so it wasn't toobothersome

The location on the pedestrian mall made for great walk ability but made parking the rental car and locating the residence a bit of a challenge. May consider including distance to the nearest parking in descriptions and/or email confirmations.
