Interesting and fun in-house activities if only we had more time to enjoy them as our time was spent at the water park and outdoor activities just outside the hotel.

Could be the public holiday but breakfast was a bit chaotic with tables full of guests who also took chairs from other tables and it was lucky that we got ourselves a table that can seat our whole family together. Of course, queues were long and some dishes were not replenished quickly enough.

Management sucks, check in super duper slow ,wait for an hour plus to wait for my turn to check in but then told me previous customer haven't check out and yet then we wait for so long still under cleaning,when I went through the room,disgusting.Worms everywhere on the wall, the floor and bathroom was fill with water and it were dirty even the door in front got water. The bed sheets were yellowish. Facilities part, when I went there,the receptionist,Carlo told me the gym room was under renovation,why won't this hotel mention in booking website?only swimming pool is available....sucks..... Water theme park part,the deposit part cannot be refund,only can use the deposit to buy foods.They won't refund you by cash,felt like being CHEATED. I paid alot,its not cheap tho.... NOT RECCOMENDED!
