Everything was really nice

No AC, just a fan, but excepting that everything was perfect.

Really peaceful place to stay for a few days in Montepulciano. Great host, views, and breakfast with fresh fruit and produce. Would definitely come back and amazing value for money.

Everything was perfect

The location is beautiful and the view is amazing. Lucia is an amazing, hardworking and kind host. The breakfast is very nice and everything is very neat, clean and hygienic. We bought some olive oils from their own property as well!

fantastic place a step away from the city. Lucia is an amazing host. we will definitely come back here again.

We had a private parking, which was very convenient, considering that Montepulciano is very popular place to visit, so otherwise you might have trouble parking. It was only 10 minutes from the city center. There was also a beautiful view, and we had a private patio. All of it was for a good price, including tasty breakfast with lots of fruits and local products. And did I mention the surroundings were just stunning?! It is also very quiet and peaceful. We really loved it.

Not being able to use the stove, as we specifically looked for a place with kitchen. However it was so hot we weren't hungry most of the time :D Plus there are many tasty restaurants in Montepulciano, so it was bearable. One more downside was that the fan in the room did not suffice to make the room cool, but it was during the time of a super hot weather, I think during normal weather it would do just fine.

This is in a beautiful location close to town. Lucia is very welcoming, accommodating, and provides lovely breakfasts! If driving to the agriturismo in the dark, be aware of a sharp, steep left turn from town to reach the driveway (reception and the agriturismo share the same driveway - reception is first building on the right and the agriturismo is at the end).

Lucia was a delightful host, and the facilities were excellent. The room and common dining were immaculate and attractively decorated. Each room had its own patio with table and chairs as well as lounging chairs. The B&B is surrounded by olive trees with a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside below. The walk into the old town was quite short and there was the largest Supermercato Conad we have seen yet just a few blocks away. We highly recommend this stay if planning on visiting Montepulciano.

The location has a great view to the hills of Tuscany, a beautiful yard where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The breakfast was excellent, with a full variety, depending on preference (Lucia will ask you on your arrival about your breakfast preferences). She was a great host, making sure that the house is perfectly clean and she even recommended some locations where you can have a lovely dinner in Montepulciano.

Very quaint little home within walking distance of downtown Montepulciano. Wonderful breakfast ready for you when you wake up each morning. Very clean rooms and common area. The hosts are exceptional. Would definitely stay here again!

Wifi slow but didn’t bother us as we weren’t working. Should be considered if you are trying to work remotely.

Everything was amazing, the host super kind, very clean and spacious rooms, very good breakfast. The view from the pacifico was wonderful especially for sunrises and sunsets. I highly recommend the stay and if I go to Tuscany again I will stay here again :)

The place lies in a beautiful countryside just outside Montepulciano, surrounded by olive trees. The personnel is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful with homemade jam and fruits from the owner's farm.

Lucia was nice and welcomming, giving us a lot of privacy but still managing to host us with personal touches. The location is excellent near the old town and very lovely

10/10 isn't even enough to describe the wonderful experience I had at Pacifico. From the start, Lucia's smile and beautiful energy set the tone for my stay. The garden of the room is heavenly and overlooking val d'orcia. Calm and birds are constant, the rooms are EXTREMELY clean and the breakfast homemade by lucia was amazing. I cannot insist enough: this is the place to stay in Montepulciano

Breakfast was excellent, the room was so comfortable (radiant heat on the floors - what a treat) and the view breathtaking. If you are in this area, look no further - this is the place to stay. One last word: Thank you Lucia for your hospitality. If we ever return to Italy, we will make sure to stay here in Montepulciano. Grazie mille Lucia!
