I was simply delighted

breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were super helpful. The room was lovely and spacious.

I forgot my phone charger in the room and they wanted to charge me almost £50 for a driver to bring it to the airport! Subsequently emailed them several times and no response. The front desk staff didn't have the 5 star customer service I was expecting and the customer experience was poor.

I love going to and staying at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is awesome. The service is great. My husband and I tried Nasim restaurant& bar and Noor restaurant, they were amazing. Everything about Fairmont is absolutely super.
