Like about it?! Nothing as didn’t get o even step inside. After paying for it was told to upload ID and never before paying did it mention you can’t have guest under the age of 21 but expected children?! Hmm I was refused entry and was hung up on by the woman when I asked for a full refund.

beware this is half a scam
probably the worse customer experiences that i’ve had. the 3 stage check in process is awful, they want ID’s inc children of anyone who may step foot inside the apartment.
stage 2 then on the day arrival be prepared to be told you have to BANK TRANSFER £500 as a deposit! not by card as you would have protection. they send you to a incorrect address whilst this is happening practically forcing your hand by paying the deposit or loosing money on cancelling your stay.
once money is transferred your then suppose to receive instructions on where the property is actually located. this may or may not come in my case it didn’t.. which resulted in multiple calls (totalling 1.5hours) attempting to speak to the right person. the person on the phone can’t do anything and has to e-mail someone else to resolve whilst you prey it gets resolved.. so be prepared for a 2 hour debacle upon trying to check in.
your then given a host of rules which result in a monetary (usually £500) towels (£150) penalty taken directly from the deposit that you have sent. (u will have no control over this as u bank transferred)
this will leave you heavily anxious and unable to relax in the property. then you have to wait 7 days and hope they refund you (not received mine yet)
a £250 pn stay could well end up costing you £750 stay clear.. nobody at the property just codes and boxes .. and 30 minute wait to speak to someone minimum.. stay well clear of this property in my opinion.. hands down the worse experience i have ever had .. nothings sorted prior to your arrival.. all designed to force your hand on the depo and then collecting on the back end for any rules breaches..

The location was perfect 25 mins walk from the O2. Which was the quickest route out of there.

The price was ok
My family and I stayed here mid March and our experience was honestly extremely underwhelming and disappointing. We stayed in unit 39 and there were several issues with this stay, while I can’t speak for other units I will share our experience. The summary is that the unit was so appalling and dirty that we left a day early because we couldn’t get comfortable/ didn’t want to let our baby be on the floor. The host was beyond unhelpful and they are now keeping an item we left there unless we go back and get it even after we’ve offered to pay to have sent back to us. Overall I would absolutely not stay here again nor would I recommend this stay to anyone else.

When we arrived the apartment was visibly unclean. There was food on the floors, hair and nail clippings in the bathroom, crumbs and hair on the couch, food splatter in the microwave, food slime in the refrigerator, several door handles were oily feeling, the floors in the unit were so dirty that after 5 minutes of walking on them the new light coloured socks I was wearing were completely blackened on the bottoms. We called the Host to let him know that it was dirty and he did respond quickly and come right away, but when he got there he said he didn’t see an issue and he “guessed” he could send the cleaners in the morning. Unfortunately it wasn’t clean enough for us to be comfortable for the night. So we went to Tescos and bought £40 worth of cleaning supplies to try and make the apartment more habitable. From there we just kept finding things out of place or poorly cared for. Blinds were falling from the windows and doors, there was mould and gnats throughout the unit, there were finger prints and smears on the windows and doors, the sheets on the bed had hair in them.

property was nice and clean. general wear and tear but nothing concerning. security deposit was released back to me within 2 days
they asked me to pay a large security deposit on the second stage of my check in process. other reviews said that the company wasn’t returning money and that they were scammed. this wasn’t the case for us, but having to pay a £350 security deposit which I could barely afford and then worrying about not getting it back was a great source of anxiety.

AVOID!!! please avoid this place at all cost, arrived with my baby no one to greet us and no clear way of finding anyone. Called them several times no answer after an hour outside with my baby in the cold I had to book another hotel via booking.com, save yourself the hassle as booking.com do not verify the property so that’s a huge safety risk within itself both booking.com and the property are refusing to return my money. felt really vulnerable hanging around that area with my baby as it does not seem safe.

The location is good for the O2
There was dirty towels on the floor and an open rubbish bin in the bathroom. The boiler wasn't working so no heating or hot water. Someone did come up and try to fix it but we ended up getting moved to another room but by ten he experience was ruined!!

Absolutely wonderful property for a family stay or weekend away in London.
Safe, secure and in an excellent location for easy access into central London or just minutes from major events at the 02 arena.
Beautifully clean property with excellent amenities - we would definitely stay again!
Communication with hosts was particularly difficult when trying to check-in - was unable to get a response for hours.

The layout of the house is nice and warm. Good security procedures in place.
The window blinds were broken and some panes were missing- they're horizontal laid panes, so it felt like there was almost no cover.
No dishwashing liquid.
The washing machine was broken. I mailed them to fix it, no response.
The bath tub divider didn't have a silicone stopper under, so water was leaking from there.

I got there 10:50 but I couldn’t find the entrance basically I have called them but no one picked the phone so someone picked the phone after 11:10 and said we closed you are late and I have explain the situation but he didn’t care he just hanged up the phone on me I believe his name is Ahmad

It was a good location, only a 20min walk or short bus ride to North Greenwich tube station where you can easily get into central London. Its a spacious apartment with good size bathrooms and bedrooms. The kicthen is modern with good facilities.
Directions to get to flat could've been better as there wasn't a layout map of the complex so we were unsure of exact location of the apartment. It also didn't help that the door was missing the numbers, it looked like they had been ripped off. When we arrived, the boiler wasn't turned on. Once it was on, it didn't work. It took over 24 hours for someone to come and fix it for us. We were completely without hot water. There were marks on front door indicating that it had recently been broken into, either by police or burglars.

booked for 3 guests but no sheets on sofa bed mattress. very dusty under bed needs to be swept and mopped

Modern and very clean apartment. Communal areas well looked after. Very comfortable bed.
Deposit was excessive and didn’t see any detail about this prior to booking. property has a balcony but no key was left for access. called to enquire about access as it was 35 degrees at the time and the additional air flow would have been welcome. staff over phone were of little help, advised they would call back but never did.

Location is good.
The unit was dirty, microwave was burned out. Everything was broken. Not enough silverware, no blowdryer, no A/C, no fan. THE BIGGEST problem was: was no 3 beds in the unit as they promised a pull out sofa !!! 1 person was sleeping on a very hncomfortable fake leather couch. The never payed me back for that lie... we spent a week there..can you imagine??

This was a basic, clean and tidy apartment. Had I not seen pictures online which raised my expectations, I wouldn't have been as disappointed as I was.
Pictures online are misleading, the apartment we had was tired and in need of some attention. Wooden flooring upstairs was separating at the joins and pieces moved when walking in them. Some furniture was slightly damaged (we took timed pictures to show it wasn't us as the sum of money held incase of damage was quite large). Sent an email query while we were there and still (2 months on), haven't received a response.

Good size modern apartment. Towels and toiletries provided. Safe and secure. Reasonably quiet location. Check-in completely automated - no staff on site.
Halfway between Greenwich and Greenwich North tubes meant it wasn’t close to either! 20 minute walk, but felt safer in a taxi especially when returning late at night.
Both the bathroom and en-suite shower plug holes were incredibly slow to drain meaning you had to keep turning off the shower to allow it some time.

The door to one of our apartments had previously been smashed in by police and wasn’t secure. The representative wasn’t aware and said “It’ll be fine” until I literally lifted the lock out and all the screws fell on the floor. He fixed it after a fashion but we slept with a sofa and a cupboard pushed up against the inside.
On the street we met other people who had been given the code/keys for an apartment already occupied by someone else - twice - and had been waiting approx 3 hrs for accommodation.
There were burn marks on furniture and one of the electrical sockets, marks on paintwork and the kitchen was badly equipped. It smelt of cigarettes.
