Mosquitoes galore unfortunately in at least one of the rooms, and no mosquito netting. So if you're sensitive to that stuff, you've been warned. Beds gave off a very budget feeling, linen/pillow sheets very thin and easily came off giving an unclean feeling. Place do come with wifi and hot water. In terms of value, this place leaves a lot to be desired as more expensive in locations in both Kathmandu and Pokhara provided a whole more bang for the buck than did this place.

The breakfast package was terrible just two bread and a pint of butter with salty omelette. Room was full of mosquitoes and they provide a mosquito repellent that didn't work . So we had to buy our own .

Mosquitoes!

Everything is spotless clean. And the shower is piping hot. The location is superb, very close to gate 5 and just a few steps from where the buses stops. The staff is so friendly and speak very good English. They will give you all the information you need. There is no restaurant, but tell them what you are looking for, and they will point you in the right direction. They were spot on with what they recommend me. The WiFi is excellent.

No duvet just a blanket which i prefer not to use. The room was cold and felt damp. The blanket had an unpleasant smell and I was also allergic to it. As this was in January it is expected to be cold. But for this reason a duvet should be available. I suppose i could have asked the staff but i didn't want to bother them.

The location of this guesthouse is ideal, just a couple of minutes away (on foot) from gate number 5 of the Lumbini Garden, which is close to the Maya Devi Temple. You have also the choice of a number of small restaurants, bus stop is nearby as well if you are coming from Kathmandu or the Indian border. The owners are always available at the reception and very much willing to support with any information you may need. They helped me a lot in sorting out my last minute travel plans! Thank you so much!

This is more of a suggestion, looking ahead in terms of business for the guesthouse after these past two crazy years where everything came to a stand still: with so much art in Lumbini and handycrafts in Nepal in general, it would be nice to make the rooms more cozy adding these elements so as to make the rooms a little more charming. It would add value to the guesthouse and to the guest's experience.
