Besides the access to the flat being a bit complicated, the place is central and yet relatively quiet - considering Nyhavn being infront of the apartment. The flat is spacious and good for two couples or for a small family. There are other flats by this serviced apartments operator, therefore might try another one next time.

The heater in the bathroom was not working and although someone came and tried to fix it, it was not possible. We also had an issue with the cleanliness. However, due to the short stay and our busy schedule, the cleaning staff was unable to fix this during our stay. Same was valid for the heating. May be by the next day, they would have fixed it. However, we stayed over the weekend and only 3 nights. Serviced Apartment provider naturally only available during the week and office hours. However, we were given a refund of the cleaning fee.

Stained sofas in the living room, no blinders in one of the rooms, shower head hasn’t been cleaned in a while, as well as the vent in the bathroom.

The location of the property was absolutely brilliant.

The property was dusty, the furniture was stained, the beds were to big for the bedrooms,(or were the bedrooms just so small!!!),. windows and cupboards hadn't been wiped for there were finger marks everywhere, fluff on the floor (think it had been missed when vacuuming). and the toilet seat was loose. There was a huge list of do's and don'ts but no-one thought to mention the scaffolding we had to negotiate on the way in and out. Place looked tired and needed a deep clean.

Central location. All requirements catered for

the location was perfect, so close to the metro, secure and right on the harbour. apartment, bright and spacious.

The neighbours were a little rude. we were also told by he booking agent that we needed to be very quiet as they had had complaints in the past. it felt very transactional and put us on edge a little. one of the neighbours was quite passive aggressive when he said “he shouldn’t be letting his apartment” all a bit uncomfortable. I’d also say this apartment is for a maximum of 4 people sharing two beds, the sofa beds weren’t very comfortable and only one bathroom/toilet so not idea for any more people. also the coffee press had broken and the kitchen could do with more plates and cups. some were chipped.

The apartment is a great size, light and airy. Really fresh and modern, and really comfortable. Great access with the lift, easy enough to find, location is fab, lots of bars and restaurants on your door step and the metro is a short walk to get to other places.

The only thing I would change is the shower, and that's if I am being really picky. A shower curtain would make it a bit easier so the bathroom didn't end up soaking wet each time.

Great location and a very nicely styled property in a good building. It was additionally more spacious than expected. Easy access to the apartment, and communicative check in with management.

The kitchen sink smelt very badly of damp, so much so it made the whole living area of the apartment unpleasant to sit in. It could also do with a much more thorough clean, lots of dust in the corners of rooms, stained sofas, and we found someone else’s sock sitting under a radiator.

The location was perfect, close to all the action and restaurants but in a quite courtyard straight off the main area.

The front door to the courtyard was tricky to get in with the instructions and a little difficult to find lock box at first.

Very nice apartment in middle of Nyhavn. can’t complain.

We loved the location. It was at the center of the city and yet very quiet place. We loved the facilities. Perfect appartment at perfect place.

We loved everything. If there was an arrangement for parking it was perfect.

Great apartment - light, open plan. Great location - walking straight into Nyhavn at the center of Copenhagen - but removed from the street so no noise.

Furniture was stained and in need of deep cleaning. Very few kitchen utensils - most plates, cups, bowls were chipped or even cracked.

Key was not in lockbox so we started to panic and phone for help but only got answer phone message after 20 minutes of trying two men walked out of building and handed us our key this was around 8.30pm no real apology
