I have booked hotel frim 26th to 29th October. Actually in booking made through booking.com, room info showing 12x10 feet but hotel staff has provided me a small room of 10x10 feet and ask me to pay 500 additionally for 12x10 feet room..Due to my compsion, I have to paid additional 500 rs/day for 12x10 feet over and above of my booking amount.On first and last day, he denied to provide breakfast due to non availability of his food provider. Room was not clean everyday. Bathroom was not clean for 3 days by hotel staff. Ventilation was not there. Room was very small.Hotel staff was very rude. Food was not so fresh and also not hygenic.Not suitable and not recommended for Family stay. Overall It was not good stay.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in and completely disappointed. I realise it's quite cheap and I was not expecting luxury, but have stayed in many places of comparable level and have not met with such a low standard. Firstly, and most importantly, the place is dirty. We were sceptical about even getting into the beds. The bathroom was awful (and again dirty) and we didn't have the nerve to try to shower - and anyway, the water didn't work for most of the time. The rooms are tiny and despite the fact that I reserved a room with one double and one single bed (for my 3 children), we got a room with two singles. I was woken up at around 1am to the sound of a large party - men drinking - and the next morning could hear someone being violently sick in their room next door. The breakfast was an absolute joke - some bread. The wifi reception was also very patchy. I read the reviews before booking this property, and although some were very negative, there were also many positive ones - I cannot believe they are real reviews. Do not stay here - awful experience.

Great location, great value for money. Rooms and toilet are decent and clean. You can park yourself here if you need to keep your luggage somewhere while you have something to do in the city, else its difficult to sit in their very small rooms all day.

Guests are not allowed to come in after 7pm. Marriage certificate needed for couples - plus these things were not told in advance. Rooms are very small. Towels are slightly smelly and they only give you one for one room. No view from the room, not even a window.

Hotel was great value for money. We picked the cheapest hotel we could find with low hopes of anything nice and were very plesently surprised:)

Room was not clean at all, bathroom was not cleaned, we had to asked for everything even towels. No service

The rooms were very small and cramped up. I couldn't walk freely. The mattresses were also very uncomfortable. Also the jet spray in the washroom was not working. And there was a lot of noise during the night in the corridor so we could not sleep properly. Food was also not good.

Really have to think hard. Staff was polite and did not argue about our complaints. They accepted all their mistakes.

Very bad hotel. Please do yourself a.favour and don't stay here. 1. The rooms are or size of a bathroom with no windows in the room. 2. The staff does not pay attention to requests. We had to call them multiple times to remind about the requests. 3..They bring food from outside. The food is of low quality. 4. Nothing works - in our room there was no TV. We had to remind 5 times.to get a TV. One of my relatives who was traveling with us had a broken toilet in his room. Overall this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life.

The staff was super efficient and friendly.. very clean .. was definitely value for money.. good food ..

The room size is extremely small, hardly 2 people can adjust.
