I planned this stay for my wife's birthday as a surprise. She did not know where we were going until the day of travel. I gave her enough hints that she suspected the Caribbean, so she could pack accorrdingly. I wanted a secluded place where we could spend alone time and it would be quiet. This place was perfect. The beach we had to ourselves. The pool and spa had very few people there. The community is gated with security. It was also quiet. The amenities were great. We lacked for nothing. The beach has kayaks and supporting items as well as covered areas and lounge chairs. The unit has chairs, floaties, and items that can be transported to the beach or pool. We knew this was about 25 minutes from Grace Bay Beach but we had a rental and that was not an issue. I spent several evenings walking on the beach by myself beachcombing. Nobody else was there. One of the families we spoke to had snorkeling gear and went snorkeling about 50 yards off the beach. For quiet, solitude, and comfort, this place was great.

We loved staying up north and appreciated the beautiful beach and quiet resort. Thank you!

We always use VRBO, when we travel. We have had all great experiences! This particular condo was amazing! It was in an awesome location, if you want to be in a quiet part of the island. Condo is just as described. Spotlessly cleaned, well equipped, very comfortable bed. Bonus-everything you need for beach fun-nice beach chairs, towels, small coolers, and sand toys. Yes, the location is out of developed tourist area, but that is a plus for us. Just know that it’s a 20-30 drive to restaurants or grocery store and plan accordingly.

Well kept, nicely appointed property. Semi remote location worked well for us. Quiet, relaxed and peaceful area.

The condo we rented had a lovely view of the beach and pool, and it was well-equipped with everything we needed. It even had chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler so we could explore Chalk Sound and other locations. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped and the washer/dryer was a bonus! The sofa could use an update but it was otherwise wonderful.

What a wonderful oceanside condo in a beautiful resort complex . Amazing ocean breezes and incredible sunsets and sunrises from either poolside or our balcony. Remote location was perfect, just far enough removed to be very low key, but close enough to Grace Bay and other beach location to venture out if desired! Just the kind of experience we were hoping for!

We stayed here for our 40th wedding anniversary. May was a wonderful month to visit. Crowds were down on the entire island. Our beach was beautiful and we spent hours of peaceful rest there. Our host always replied quickly to any question we had. We lacked nothing in amenities and our view from the balcony was wonderful. The location is remote and we had to travel part of it on a gravel road. But the remoteness suited us. We preferred that to a more crowded resort. The swimming area does have turtle grass that obstructed some of the clear water. But there were plenty of clear areas to get in. We would stay here again!

Wonderful location. We loved the privacy and being away from crowds but still had easy access to the activities in Provo. The condo was just what we needed - well laid out, clean and comfortable. Loved waking up and going to sleep to sounds of surf. 3d floor is great b/c you can see the water and long distances. The pool and hot tub were lovely and well maintained and we loved the miles of beaches. We had great snorkeling, used the paddleboards and enjoyed watching the kiteboarders. Road was well maintained and not a problem!

Elena made the process for renting/checking into their unit as simple as pressing a few keys on a lock box. The condo is great, just what we were looking for. As others have commented, the location is away from Grace Bay. To get to the heart of GB it is a 20-25 minute car ride. For us that was perfect. We have been to Provo a few times and have stayed on Long Bay Beach and never thought we would find another location with less people.....well NorthWest Point is that place. If not for the resort, there is nothing else near it. The only people you see are those staying at the resort :) The property itself is great. It has all you need to relax, do a little cooking and close enough to good restaurants. A must go location is Mango Reef at Turtle Cove. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday the front bar is run by Benchley Fidel.....he is just awesome and the food there is probably one of the best kept secrets in Provo with an outstanding menu, ample servings and fair pricing. The condo and property are beautiful! If you are looking for peace and quiet this is a great location! If you want to visit the Grace Bay area, this might not be the location for you. The onsite restaurant is closed, it appears possibly permanently and the closest decent sized grocery store is a bit of a drive. Elena was fantastic, checked in with us and was very responsive!

Resort is definitely off the beaten path but that was exactly what we were looking for. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the unit itself was spotless and contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Elena provided beach towels and extra bath towels, as well as cooler bags, and all your basic kitchen appliances and accessories. We enjoyed walks Northwest Point and then around the other side of the island, as well as walks to the east of the resort which after a mile of rocky shoreline opened up to a beautiful stretch of white sand beachfront. As many have commented, there is an abundance of seagrass on this end of the island, but lots of places that are clear where you can enjoy swimming, and a spot just to the west of the resort that is completely clear for miles (and shallow enough to walk about about 1/2 mile into the ocean). It was magical! It's also a little windier on this side of the island, so if you are there to paddleboard (which there were lots of to use free at the resort + several kayaks as well), just know that some days will be more challenging than others. And if you are looking for long expanses of fine sand to run on barefoot (like Grace Bay), you may have to get a little creative. I chose to carry shoes and incorporate some rocky hiking into my daily beach runs most days but could have easily just done some out & backs (there is about a mile to the west and 1/2 mile to the east of the resort free of big rocks and shells). All that said, in all of our beach time and for miles & miles in both directions, we ran into only a couple people (aside from the handful of people on the beach at the resort). We did not rent a car despite all the recommendations to do so, but had no trouble getting a taxi service that took care of all of our trips to town for groceries and outings throughout our stay. The restaurant on site was not open (due to COVID), but there were 2 really nice grills available to use. So with the exception of 2 nights, we cooked and enjoyed dinner on the condo patio. As an alternative, there are a handful of restaurants within 10 minutes, and Grace Bay is only a 20 minute car ride away if you aren’t in to the idea of cooking on vacation. I would highly recommend a stay here for a beautiful and tranquil island visit. It may not be for everyone but was exactly what we needed and were looking for! And Elena could not have been more helpful, communicative, or a better host! We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Northwest Point resort. The condo was spotless and everything you could possibly need to cook and eat in was in her condo. It's a little out of the way ( other end of island from Grace Bay) but that's what makes it unique. Even though it is a dirt road to get there, which is not bad at all. the resort is beautiful, well kept and quiet. My only dislike was the sea grass, but certainly not a reflection on how wonderful Turks is and this rental. We will hopefully be returning soon!

I did not rent a car so I stocked up on groceries and prepared all my meals in the clean functional kitchen. Easy check-in and communication with the owner fast, friendly and effective. A little haven in paradise.

The property was just as advertised. Clean and well equipped. The location is isolated, but that was what we wanted. Beach and pool are very nice and well maintained. It’s about a 20-25 minute drive to any restaurants or shopping, part of the drive on a gravel road. But it’s a good road and one feels safe driving on it even late at night. Overall, a very nice place. Two criticisms: WiFi is slow and king bed is very firm.

The view was gorgeous, there were a lot of owners there who were so nice and adventurous! Most all do kitesurfing and it was amazing watching them. I wish the onsite restaurant was open as it was a bit of a distance to restaurants but we did find a few pretty close by like Da Conch Shak, Mango Reef and Sharkbites. Also Smartshop supermarket is not too far. The unit itself is fully equipped and comfortable and the owner is very responsive. There really is miles of beach walking at the park is next to the resort. I can tell you the locals are the MOST helpful when getting lost or lending a hand with a flat tire. The ocean was beautiful tho we didn't get a chance to snorkel as too windy the last few days. If you are looking for a gorgeous setting and not in the middle of a ton of people, this is the place. You have to rent a car tho and if you do rent, I have been told you can ask for the steering wheel to be on the left side. You also drive on the left side and Blue hills has some pretty steep potholes on the edge of the road. And no stoplights, just roundabouts so just take your time and enjoy!!

We spent a wonderful week in Elena's condo, which is just as it's pictured and described: light-filled, extremely clean, very comfortable (we slept great!), attractively decorated, and supplied with just about everything you could want (washer/dryer, plenty of kitchenware, ample hangers and electrical outlets, beach chairs, reusable shopping bags, etc.--all that's missing is a full-length mirror). One thing to note is that there's no elevator, so being able to climb stairs is a must. (We enjoyed the exercise, which also gave us a chance to admire the gorgeous bougainvillea in the courtyard!) The resort itself is well-maintained, and although you might hear some noise from the pool if people are partying, that was not a problem during our visit. We also had no trouble getting lounge chairs on the beach or at the pool. The sporting equipment was in more demand, as there was only one paddle board available and, although there were several kayaks, only a single kayak paddle. (No life jackets either.) The beach itself is a delight. You'll encounter more wind there than some other parts of the island, and more sargassum, but it's not strewn with trash as it is along Mexico's Caribbean coast. And you can walk for miles and scarcely see other people. We loved the seclusion but also enjoyed our excursions elsewhere (to Grace Bay, Malcolm's Beach, Chalk Sound, Leeward--none felt too far). Elena is a terrific communicator and always responded within minutes to our questions. She was also happy to let us check in early and stay late; she couldn't have been more accommodating.
