We loved our stay, the beds were comfy and soft, nice sheets. Beautifully decorated and the beach cart, chairs and toys were amazing to have. It was a huge bonus. We will definitely book for next summer! Thank you to the wonderful owners and property manager for making this so enjoyable.

We took our 4 kids for spring break and had a blast! The views are amazing and we watched SpaceX from our balcony which was a fun surprise! We would definitely stay again.

I am taking a big risk by telling the truth about this VRBO. My outstanding review could result in my difficulty finding it available for me in the future. Yes, I would definitely stay there again. I have returned to SPI for many vacations, staying in homes, gulf side, bay side, you name it. My experiences vary. This rental property was outstanding. The owner provided everything you could possibly need from kids beach toys, beach towels, beach wagon and other accessories to top quality pots and pans, dishes, etc. I stayed for a month and it was like home. With past experiences, I had brought my own pots and pans, utensils, towels, small appliances, etc. None of mine were needed! From a Keurig to a Mr. Coffee, to electric skillets and slow cooker -- so unexpected! The view was fantastic, fireworks from the balcony, property service people were so kind, local amenities within walking distance, beach access was easy and the pools are beautiful. I felt safe by myself or when family arrived and children wanted to play in the central Game Room or reserve a movie in the private theatre. I had other family members who rented two other units and this one was -- by far -- THE BEST. (P.S.: I did accidentally drop the Mr. Coffee karafe on the very first day, and ordered a replacement for delivery from Amazon. No problem!) Hope to stay here again, and again (providing my review doesn't fill up their calendar)!!

Property is nice but we had ac problems the first night and it was very hot.
Property is very safe but I don’t agree with them not allowing any guest. We came to celebrate our daughters bday and found out we couldn’t have my in-laws to visit. Front desk employees were not so friendly and securities kept asking my girls and eyeing us constantly looking for property bracelets.

This is our second year staying in this specific condo and it did not disappoint!!! It’s so beautiful and comfortable. We will be back next year!!! Thank you for making this condo so easy to love!! The views are amazing!!!! ❤️❤️

This was the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed at in South Padre Island. It has everything you could possibly need and the resort is great. We loved having the restaurant and bar right next door. The smart TV’s were great! Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with our family :)

This condo was perfect!! The view was beautiful, as well as its in a perfect location. It's literally right over the bridge so you can avoid the traffic going north on the island. The rooms were very good size and each had their own tv which was nice, as well as the beds we're comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything you could need. A huge bonus was that the owners leave beach towels, 3 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, skim boards, toys for the kids, and a wagon to haul it all to the beach; which was a super nice addition, so we didn't have to purchase these items for one time use. The condos do offer umbrellas with 2 chairs to rent which is also a good option. I'm not sure of the cost as we didn't use them but the option is there. The pool is refreshing after your time on the beach. If you want some great fresh homemade food go to Mahi Nic. It was the best food we had while we were in SPI and super close to the condo. The owners are super nice, service was great and shrimp/Mahi tacos were the absolute best! Overall you can't go wrong with renting this condo, it's a great choice.

We have stayed in several condos this property and this one is the best so far. Well stocked with just about anything you need for cooking or the beach. Great views, super easy access to beach, awesome pool. Owner was quick and easy to communicate with. Able to easily rent palapas during our stay. Parking was close and very easy to access. IMHO this is the best property on the Texas coast and would highly recommend. Another great stay in this condo building.

The property and a menu are second to none. The condo we stayed in had an awesome view of the beach and all furnishings where comfortable. They had a beach wagon and umbrella and chairs which was nice. A/c was cold and communication was great. Can’t ask for much more.

Fun in the Sun
Maelia has really furnished her condo with all you would need. She has all kinds of beach equipment you might need. Unfortunately the beach chairs were broken but you can rent them right outside the gate. I thought the linens in the bedrooms were lackluster, but that is a very small thing, and only my personal opinion. All in all, it was a great place to spend a week in the sun. We would definitely come again.h

Wonderful condo! Clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, great location. The owners were wonderful to work with, very accommodating. Our family stays at the Sapphire every year and this condo has been the best one yet! We are already planning our trip back next summer!

Beautiful condo
As soon as we pulled up to the Sapphire, we were impressed. It is right on the beach, 31 stories high and the pool is beautiful. The condo was super clean and very well stocked. We had an issue with the air conditioning and the owner responded immediately and had it fixed right away. The location is very convenient to stores and restaurants. Our two 18 year old kids had a wonderful time . They booked a surfing lesson and loved it. We went on a sailboat and had dinner on the beach. We stayed four nights and had a great time!

The experience we had at the Sapphire was fantastic! Our condo was beautiful, comfortable and had easy access to the beach! The pool was amazing and clean! We will definitely rent again!

The condo is furnished very nicely and is very well equipped to include a Keurig coffee maker, wine openers, wine glasses to name a few things. Everything you need to cook a meal! There was even a wagon in the master closet we used to haul things to the beach. The owner was very responsive when I messaged on the VRBO app. I highly recommend this condo. We will definitely stay there again!

The view is priceless, the staff at check-in desk are great! The living room is very comfortable. A plus is plenty of outdoor furniture we stayed 12 nights and enjoyed waking up to the view of the ocean every morning! Thank you we will return!

I own a cleaning company so I have an eye for the true clean vs half-butt clean. This one was excellent! Our family of 5 fit perfectly. The beds are comfy. There wasn’t a single thing that wasn’t provided. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathrooms had clean towels and even some essentials like shampoo! The front desk was very helpful.
