This house had everything, all the king beds and private bathrooms. Plenty of room for everyone. We were in Mesa for our daughter wedding, and everyone had a great time at this house, really made the trip special that we could all send it together!! Meals, swimming and family fun.

Came for a family wedding, needed a place to accommodate lots of family and kids. This place was AMAZING! Did Not disappoint. Kids loved the pool. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. 10/10

Great property for the 8 boys to stay while on our golf trip. We were excited to have a place with a putting green but extremely disappointed with the condition of the putting green and bunker. Pictures online didn't really show the shape and condition but other than that everything was great!

Arizona Vacation Home Rental Office was very helpful. The inside of the home was clean and well appointed. A few items in the backyard need some attending, but the pool and hot tub were nice amenities to have during our stay.

Selection of property was easy, good communication with property management. We had 4 families and the house worked out very well for our large group.

My family and I booked this property as we have family in the area and wanted to gather for the thanksgiving holiday. From check in to departure, it was a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful, and the outdoor entertaining area was wonderful for lounging as well as pool activities. Highly recommend!

Our group of 9 adult women really enjoyed the house. Due to a delayed flight, we arrived at 1am. I had to call the owners since we couldn’t find the property using GPS, mostly because it was very dark and I couldn’t see the road signs. The good news is a guy answered my call promptly and stayed on the phone with me giving turn by turn instructions until we found the house. Very nice property with plenty of space for our group, perfect for any large group. We enjoyed the outdoor heated spa especially since we needed to soak our muscles from several days of bowling, I’d definitely stay there again!!

Excellent property in every way. We chose this property for our family vacation this year and couldn’t have been more happy with it. The house is beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything you’ll need for a relaxing stay. The property managers communicated with us every step of the way making sure our stay was just how we hoped. I would highly recommend staying here!

The house was very clean with everything we needed in the kitchen and laundry. Appreciated the coordinated bedding and condition of all sheets and towels. Our family loved the pool, pooltable and putting green. It was so convenient to shopping, groceries and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

First of all, this home was advertised with the title Mesa Desert Oasis when we booked. It has now been changed to County Island. Hmmm? Positives: The home was conveniently located and in a safe neighborhood. The layout and furnishings provide a lot of options for sleeping arrangements. Negatives: The home has been lived in hard. Pretty beat up with paint and caulking peeling. The house had a smell of marijuana when we checked in. The casita reeked of marijuana to the level that someone must be living there full time and smoking when guests aren't using the home. AVHR told us to open the windows and turn the fan on. That was a bit patronizing to a party that obviously is educated enough to pay for our stay. They brought an odor eliminating machine over that had no effect despite running it for two days. The toilets in 2 rooms barely flush to the point they won't fully flush urine. I bought a plunger that works and donated it to the home so the next guest can actually go #2. There is most likely something wrong with the septic system as there is a smell of sewage right outside the front door. The neighbor in back of the pool (whom we're guessing are the owners of the home since it's a shared driveway to a 4 car RV garage/shop) like to come over daily and rev their muscle car engines. Upon checkout, our party swept up the casita and found tons of bugs under the bed. Maid service obviously doesn't clean thoroughly. When contacted, AVHR started as small as possible with open the windows and turn on fan. When pressed, they offered alternative accommodations that would have split our party up. We asked to refund 1/6 the cost of the stay (since the house has 6 rooms and the casita was a pit), and they seemed amenable but then put me in touch with the owner of the company, who tried to explain why he couldn't do that. (Bottom line: he's greedy.) In the end, they offered less than 5% off our stay which was not commensurate with the inconveniences. AVHR made their profit on our party this time, but they won't in the future as nobody in our party plans to stay here or use AZVR again.

Great place for a multi generational and multi family gathering. We had to book last minute to attend a funeral. There was plenty of space to spread out and everyone have their own space. There were so many games and activities that everyone had a great time.

Although it needs a few minor improvements, this home was clean, roomy and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the patio, pool and backyard amenities.

Don't hesitate, this an excellent home, roomy, well appointed, clean, taken care of home! And great for large families. We hade two families, one of 7 and one of 5 with no issues and room to spare! Super respectfully and responsive property management, could not have asked for anything more!

This property was perfect for a family group of 10. The outside patio/pool are was great. Spent most of the trip in the pool. We had a small issue with the spa, but they took care of it quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with my wedding party and we had a fantastic time! The house was beautiful and the pool was perfection! Whenever we had any questions or issues, the property managers were easy to get in contact with and they were always quick to answer! Definitely recommend this house to anyone looking in the east valley!

Myself and 6 of my friends take a girls trip every year. Each time we pick a different location and have been doing this since 2009. This house has by far been our favorite. It literally had everything we could have ever wanted. The kitchen is so well stocked along with 3 refrigerators. We talked about just making this our spot next year. We had to reach out to the managers for a couple of things but it was handled very promptly. We would definitely rent here again!

The property was fantastic. The property manager has excellent communication in case of any extra needs. We had 2 families stay at the home and there is plenty of privacy for everyone. Overall, one of the best vacations we've had.
