The location was okay. The shower was permanently on hot water. The receptionist was not helpful. She sent me a document that I should filled in before collecting the key. I could not access the document and was unable to fill it. Your receptionist wasted my time, try to solve this problem. We came for conference, the conference started on the 24 of August and she sent the form on 23 of august. she was calling me while I was in the conference. My phone was on silence and could not get through to me. The complication was just too much and I will not stay in your flat nor recommend anyone to. Thanks very much

The host was a nightmare!! The payment was taken on reservation (non refundable) at that point my guests who were travelling were contacted for an un necessary amount of information and a security deposit or they could not check in. The unwarranted amount of paper work was filed and the "security deposit" paid, can no longer get any communication with host I assume this booking is a scam!! Do not book!!!!!

Everything was perfect highly recommended will definitely go back again thank you great weekend

Easy walking distance to Rochester Christmas Market

No check in before 4pm and the mattress is not very comfortable.

1 bed flat with sofa bed option in quiet area. Privet car park, good wifi. Very good stay.

There is water tank instead of combi so limited with hot water, but I was alone so it was fine for me.

It is close to , train station and town centre. The street is nice and quiet. The apartment is spacious and clean. WiFi works very well

It would have been nice if suitable bedding was available for the sofa bed. Duvet should have a clean cover and at least a pillow should have been provided. I had to buy a pillow and duvet cover for my child to use the sofa bed
