Breakfast was good with both hot and cold options. Stayed in room with huge balcony looking out on back by the fort. Refrigerator was helpful for storing beverages to enjoy on balcony. Cool artwork throughout. Moderate sized pool for my daughter to enjoy. Good sized bathrooms. Bus stop around block 2 mins walk. Probably closer to 15 min walk to Vieux Port. Very close to beach for beautiful sunset.
Room was smaller than expected. Couldn't open closet door to use full length mirror. Not enough room to store two rollerboard suitcases easily. Had to use chair for one bag.

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. Room services was good and fast to the room. Pool was nice with easily accessible towels.

Établissement à la décoration moderne, orientée art contemporain. Excellent petit déjeuner avec de bons produits. Parking du Prado à proximité immédiate (partenariat avec l’hôtel pour les tarifs).
La déco des chambres est plus conventionnelle.

Exceptional staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful to us. The parking was easy and the location was good for walking.
The small shower doors were not tight at the bottom and we inadvertently soaked the floor once.

The hotel is amazing, truly. It's totally worth it. We went through a traumatic event before getting to the hotel, and the staff was amazing. So polite and kind, but flexible as well.

The staff were so very friendly and helpful!! The room spotless and bed very comfortable. The pool was so needed in such hot weather. Breakfast had a good variety of local fare and was delicious. Location was set just between the port and the beach area outside Marseilles & so easy to access via the local bus.

I rented a suite, which was extremely basic. Very dissapointing!
Lightbulbs were missing in lamps,
the room was not cosy
The terasse was facing an ugly building.

I booked two rooms at your hotel on November 2nd. my name is Artygaliyeva Danara, so far hotel has not returned the blocked deposit on my card in the amount of 150 euros. It's been 18 days already!

Location was great. Front desk staff was terrific.
Food was adequate to poor. Breakfast just below average quality, dinner in the restaurant was horrible/nearly inedible.
