O hotel é bem próximo de todos os melhores locais da cidade. Oferece bastante opção de locomoção e lazer. Quartos individual espaçoso e chuveiro excelente

Nothing yo dislike apart from certain staff were really not friendly …… that certainly was not Helmut and Charles who were delightful

I enjoyed our stay and the location was very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Helped us in making reservations at restaurants.

My family 2 adults and 2 children had a great stay in one of the family rooms. The hotel is centrally located, clean, and modern. The staff were helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

3 twin beds in one room and queen bed in the main room.
Used the laundry service and had a drink in the little lounge/bar.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location in town near to shops and restaurants.
Breakfast was basic quality. A couple of the breakfast staff were a little grumpy and struggled with the pace of breakfast.

Everyone was very helpful, kind and made me feel very well taken care of. Such a pleasure to relax in after many days travel! Spacious room, excellent breakfast, pool with a sauna and steam room. Spa was rejuvenating. Right in the Old Town, steps away from all the major attractions. Could not ask for a more delightful stay!!!

the suite only had one very small uncomfortable sofa in the large lounge area. So it didn’t really function as a separate sitting room. There was plenty of space for 2 sofas or some easy chairs.

Fantastic hotel. The staff are very friendly and nice with the extra facilities really making this hotel a standout in Salzburg. The Wellness area with the sauna variety is outstanding, paired with the Gym and this is a must stay in hotel.

Our bedroom was a cross the road so we had to put on out coats and hats and scarves to get breakfast

You should wait at least 10 min for hot water. Tap with a sensor it is a not good idea for the hotel... for airport maybe but not for the hotel
