Location was great right next to the river and close to bath. The breakfast was really good and the staff helpful.

Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet too as didn’t hear any other guests whilst in the room. Adequate for a couple nights stay

No evening restaurant available due to staffing levels but breakfast was great

We couldn’t stay as I was sick so parked car in car park to explain . They offered no refund so returned straight home. One week later had a parking demand for £100 for the 10 mins we went in to hotel to explain we couldn’t stay . I’m not complaining about not having a refund for room but £100 for parking your car for 10 mins is absolutely unacceptable.

Location is beautiful, peaceful and convenient for getting to the city. Decor is very tastefully done. Extremely clean and well presented.

Breakfast was excellent, really good quality, the staff were always friendly. The water mill adds a really good feel to the place, and the location is picturesque.

The only negative comment would be that the exterior is a bit tatty, but I feel they are making renovations. The staff don't need to apologise so much, it may make people think its not a good hotel, when it's a lovely hotel.

The water wheel was interesting. The pillow was good. The dinner was very nice. The view was lovely.

The room was very basic. Floors tiles, so noise from upstairs was very bad. We were there 2 nights and different people both nights, so it wasn't just them. The drain blocked up in the shower and basin, we reported it, so the handyman came and said it was unblocked, but it was still blocked again that night. Breakfast was not great. They told us to make a time so we did and when we got there no table for us. So we had to wait they then seated someone who came in after us. The food had run out the coffee had run out, we had to wait for everything. They had 3 beers on tap and ran out of 2 of them after 1 beer. The worst thing was the house keeping did not lock our door after "cleaning" on the second day of our stay.

The place is cosy really relaxing.

No entertainment in the area surrounding the place, but the closest place it's just a 10 min bus or car ride away.

Although the room was very small, it was clean and comfortable. The location of the property was absolutely brilliant. Breakfast was very good and the staff were more than helpful. All in all we had a fantastic weekend at the Old Mill...THANK YOU!

The room was cleaned, exactly what we needed, somewhere to sleep and relax after exploring Bath. The breakfast was so nice, the staff were extremely helpful and lovely. The man on reception was very nice and chatty. The location was perfect for us. We would definitely stay again.

The only thing I would say is the pillows were not comfortable but I do have a memory foam pillow which I should have taken with me.

Friendly staff, excellent location, good food, happy to meet requested needs where possible, would stay there again.

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was very good; it is a lovely area with walks along the river, quiet. The Wifi worked well. The staff were welcoming and a tad psyhic (my wife, having finished cooked breakfast, went to get toast; the staff lady removed her disused plate, noticed she'd need a new knife, returned with one, only to meet my wife returning, asking "Do you think???, Oh you've got me one". Nothing said: but very much appreciated (Think staff lady maybe Ukrainian?)

Bit disappointed we couldn't get evening meal on Monday or Tuesday (but we'd chosen the wrong days to stay)

The breakfast was abysmal. Cold eggs and bacon as tough as shoe leather. Room was okay but built inside some dodgy portacabin block if you go.. use the restaurant over the bridge. Great food!!

The location is excellent, right by the river and lovely bridge. Easy to get in to Bath on the bus.

Not many parking spaces, you have to pay extra to park, and the car park is a bit tight.
