Staff were not helpful or friendly and disorganised especially when checking out

As advertised, rooms clean and tidy. Hotel facilities are good.

Don’t expect a good nights sleep, very busy traffic along the hallways! I was woken by drunken noisy party goers at 11am 1am 2 and 4! Car parking promised but not delivered! It’s as a first in best dressed basis! And apparently can’t be reserved.

We had some LOUD neighbours with kids running up and down, shouting between rooms, knocking on doors, etc. (I have kids and get it, but puts a damper on relaxing).

Location was great, reception staff and housekeepers were amazing. Comfortable beds, room had a lovely view.

The manager was very rude and not helpful .also I wanted to book direct with the hotel. But I found it’s cheaper with booking.com

The location was nice and central. Really appreciated the reception staff checking to see if our room was ready and allowing an early check-in when we arrived 2 hours prior check-in to drop off our suitcases.

I like the property. It’s just that, it isn’t that clean unlike before. Mugs, glasses and teaspoons are dirty and they’ve left it in front of TV. There’s coffee marks in the mugs and teaspoons. Bins are on top on the table and benches. And it’s so hard to park in the parking, we have had wasted time to find a place to park our car.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, delightful decor.

House keeping wasn't thorough. Things missed in the room to clean. Room service dishes left outside in corridors too long.

Loved my stay at this hotel. Requested a quiet room and received a wonderful room away from the lifts and most other rooms. Comfortable bed and huge bathroom with walk-in shower and bath tub. Complimentary toiletries. Close to Rundle Mall and the tram to Glenelg. Not too far to the bus stop also. Staff went out of there way to ensure that I had a wonderful stay and met all my requests. Appreciated using the hotel gym. So clean and tidy, Will stay again.

There was a bright green light on all night (I think it was the fire alarm light). Is there something the hotel can do about this as it disrupted my sleep.

The staff were all amazing. The whole hotel was beautiful and clean.

The restaurant was a little lack lustre.. we ordered chicken, got salmon, and the breakfast food was stale and cold.. but theres plenty of places near by to eat so thats not that big of a deal really

Nothing really, was good value for money

Convenient location for accèss to CBD on foot or by tram. Prompt room service. Generous buffet breakfast. Supermarkets about 2 blocks away in Rundle Mall.

The area further along Hindley street has a few night clubs. The windows in my room did not shut tightly, so the music from nearby clubs pumping until 3am wasn't pleasant.

The location was ideal. It was close to the railway station, airport bus stop, restaurants and museums. The view was great on 4th floor.

The restaurant was closed on saturdays, and it was hard to find a free table in nearby restaurants without reservation.

The pool area and fact you could order meals and drinks to the pool was great.

My children liked the Breakfast.

Minibar was wrongly charged. When I called to dispute the payment, they said to email, and email was never replied. Bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, some jam like stuff was left near the sink.

The rooms were nice and comfortable staff were really friendly. The sauna and spa were lovely

The after hours room service menu was average. We ordered a couple of pizzas and chips, which were soggy and cold when we received them.
