Friendly helpful staff, basic room, all we needed before early morning flight. Breakfast in a bag to take with us. Would definitely use again.

Food a bit overpriced for what it was

Great value for money. Big room and comfortable beds. All was clean. 15 minutes by car to the airport. Breakfast was included and it had everything we needed.

The furniture and environment is old but the accomodation is good overall.

The breakfast was very poor. The room was scruffy and tired looking. The bathroom smelt horrendously of the drains. The staff were not friendly and we will not stay there again!

Great location for an overnight from Gatwick.They kindly got a room ready for us at 10am.They let us sit in the restaurant to eat our own food using their dishes and cutlery as they don’t want you to eat in your room.The host sent us all the information about the hotel when we booked it,very helpful.Walking distance from airport bus no.100,restaurants,pubs,supermarkets and shops.Room was bright and sunny with a big window.

Curtains did not keep much light out.They don’t pick up the litter on the ground outside the rooms.

Loved the modern bathroom.

Was told, also read £10 shuttle to and from the airport. Was £15 each way.

The first time I have stayed here for a few years and I am pleased to say it was as good as before. From arriving at reception the welcome was warm and friendly with all the different options available if required. My room was perfectly adequate for a single traveller with everything functioning as it should and very clean. It is a comfortable 15 minute walk to the train station at Horley with trains to Gatwick or towards London.

Staff were nice and accommodating. They didn’t seem to mind you hanging about until your lift to the airport. Lots of seating areas. They provided airport shuttle service for a fee and had on site parking for your car at a fee. The breakfast was nice although not included in price of room. We had a luxury suite and so coffee, tea and toiletries were provided. Good that they have triple and family rooms with en-suite.

They need pillow, duvet and mattress protectors as these were heavily stained which meant for an uncomfortable sleep knowing they were unclean. The single beds are narrow and my travel companions said they could feel the springs in the mattress which was also uncomfortable. Our en-suite was nice but needed a deep clean especially the grouting. The carpet also needed a deep clean as did the chair in our room which was dirty. There were black mould marks on the coving. Also the room was very hot. There was no lift which meant lugging a heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs very challenging.

The room was comfortable and clean. The dinner and breakfast were delicious. The availability of a shuttle to the airport was an unexpected bonus.

The place is very clean and pretty easy to get to. Great for a one night day.

Breakfast was very good..Hard boiled egg, ham, toast and tea/coffee. juices/waffles . It was help yourself, so very convenient..No waiting at all. About a 7 Minute walk to Horley station. Very nice and friendly people.

The room was perfect if you were just staying one night and didnt have to unpack much. We booked for 14 days as it was in a handy place, but the room was small with no drawers and limited cupboard space..but perfect for a short stay.

Location, and the staff couldn’t do enough to help.

Hotel was clean, single room was a good size for one person and nice bathroom. The hotel is easy to walk to and get the bus from. I walked 30 minutes from Gatwick on the Friday evening, but decided to get a bus on the Saturday morning as the flight was 6am. Very easy.

El desayuno era todo de productos industriales, pero de acuerdo con el precio pagado nos pareció comprensible.

The room was too compact, and the sliding door to the bathroom was broken. Guy on reception, we spoke to on the phone not very helpful and when we arrived not what you would expect (very scruffy, buttons on shirt popping) Breakfast was not what I call continental

The person on reception said we weren't booked in even though we had the confirmation on our booking.com app and on an email. And could see that we had already paid in full. The place was dirty, the room hadn't been cleaned, dirty towels, bins full of rubbish which hadn't been emptied since 7th August. The place was being decorated and full of materials and no furniture etc in the main areas. It was the most disgusting place I;ve ever been to and we did not end up staying there. We left our key in reception and left
