荷物だけ預かってもらおうと行ったのですが、部屋の準備ができているのでと早目にチェックインさせていただきました。フロントの方の笑顔と丁寧な対応がとても良く素晴らしかったです。 朝食も種類が豊富で、美味しかったです。

エアコンのスイッチをいれると音が大きく気になりました。

- convenient location. Right next to the bus station and train station. - good breakfast! With all the specialties from Matsumoto; the management put some thoughts into generating the menu - room facing the mountains are better since the view is quite spectacular

- room was smaller than anticipated. Luckily it was just for a night. - property has aged; a bit dusty in the vent. I’m sensitive to dust so I felt the difference. - you can detect small hint of cigarette smell in the room since there are smoking rooms in the common area. But this is true for most Japanese hotels unless the establishment is truly non-smoking. I look forward to the day when Japan bans all indoor-smoking. - the air purifier actually make the smoking smell worse because some one has smoked in the room with the purifier on. So now it’s recycling some of the odour.
