The sink water circle in my Room 0752 was suffering from a water drainage issues but it was minor in my stay

This hotel is recommended to those who want to hide away from city life conveniences and beaches.

Room facilities are designed for Chinese group travellers from Mainland China rather than those who are used to other luxurious resort hotels and villas operated by western hotel operators. Considering the hotel is a part of the Integrated Resort complex including Casino, it is natural to see some guests with Tattoos could be preferred by Gangsters in the swimming pool. But, I did not want to let my kids see such. Breakfast price and quality is not reasonable comparing to Hotels in City hall and/or Promnade areas.

Great rooms with a Lovely balcony, good views and helpful staff. All the amenities i.e. breakfast , pool, room service were fantastic and it's very convenient to explore the resorts World, universal studios and the rest of sentosa.

Staff - The staff were super friendly, willing to help, and help as much as they could. Sometimes, it was a bit hard to communicate in English, but no big deal, Eventually, we got to understand each other. Location - Just next to the water park. So if you plan to just stay in the water, this is the perfect location. Room - Decent size, big enough for a family of three. Chinese restaurant - It was OK. The last resort when you are dealing with a hungry and tired kid!

Honestly, if you go to Sentosa and stay at any hotel in the Resort World, get ready for super expensive foods and services. The restaurants, especially if you are travelling with the littler ones, are very challenging to find a good one. I mean those who serve something good for the little ones. Unfortunately, the information provided on Booking.com was not compete and true, and we knew it too late, just after we arrived and stayed there. Summarizing as below: 1- The breakfast at Equarius Hotel is a so-called semi-buffet breakfast, i.e. a western dish (very small!!!) and a local dish (if you like Asian dishes). Other than that, you can enjoy sweet pastries, muffins, and some other bits and pieces which may help you get yourself full for a day of adventure ahead in the hot and humid day of Singapore. The worst thing was the waiting time to get it: at least half an hour waiting outside. When you asked why, you were told to come earlier, like 7am!!! What is the point of a holiday if I need to wake up early?! 2- The pool is not suitable for the little ones, not at all! We had to ask permission from out hotel manager to use the pool located at Hard Rock hotel. 3- The most disappointing item is that you won't know if you can use other amenities at other Resort World hotels, because it is not mentioned anywhere!!! We were lucky we asked. Why the hotel staff did not tell us upon arrival and check-in? I have no idea. 4- Room inclusions: No Nespresso machine - I am a coffee addict hahaha. No mini-bar. 5- Hotel bar: was there really a bar?! I did not see one!!!

Location is not on walking distance from all main attractions in sentosa including universal studios ...shuttle service takes long time No halal food options in hotel...and less continential items in menu mostly chinese or regional No muslim shower in bathrooms Its just a normal hotel and no resort facilities

Helpful staff, location (few steps away from Adventure Cove and Dolphin Island). Breakfast is good, we chose the Western menu. The room is nice, clean, spacious!

The room is clean, all staff are accommodating, attentive and friendly.

The pool, which is only the first floor can use it.

Breakfast, not value for money, we expected the breakfast to be much better but was average at best. Rooms, size was acceptable but the furniture has seen better days, for a suite the leather dinning sofa had a big hole in it. Location of hotel, good if you are using the surrounding facilities but far if you want to go to the city. Maximum three days.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was beautiful and clean. And the bed was exceptionally comfortable!

It was a little further away from the rest of Resort World but the free shuttle and buggy services made that very easy to manage
