Very small, congested, dusty rooms. Should have checked rating before booking. Very limited breakfast options.

Location was excellent as it was a 1min walk to Sai Ying Pun MTR station. Rooms were a good size and comfortable.

Need to have some more space for Cloths hanging or drawers.

Front desk staff - Efficient and polite Restaurant staff - friendly and caring Room - Very clean and well maintained I enjoyed every moments of my stay and this hotel is very close to the local restaurants and cafes, lots of choice. The tram stop is just a stone throw away meaning local commuting is not a problem at all!

Size of the room and washbasin is inside the room and not in the bathroom

Accessible for everything however there is no security outside.

First, long queue for checking in they only have 2 receptionist. 2nd, there is no room service. 3rd room and bathroom is so small, there is no space for the luggage. The room is old and dusty. Hallway is creepy. 4th lift is too busy.

Die Lage ist gut, die MTR-Station ist nicht weit. Die Matratze ist bequem. Ansonsten ist nicht viel Gutes zu dem Hotel zu sagen.

Allerdings sind die Zimmer winzig - da ist nicht einmal Platz für das viele Gepäck, das man auf der Weiterreise nach Asien dabei hat. Im Bad ist es schwierig sich zu bewegen, das Waschnebcken ist schon vor dem Bad angebracht. Das Personal ist auch sehr unfreundlich: Trotz freier Zimmer etwa haben uns die Angestellten bis nachmittags warten lassen, einfach nur, weil die Standard-Chrck-In-Uhrzeit noch nicht erreicht war. Das ist völlig inakzeptabel. Das Frühstück ist unterirdisch schlecht: Hierfür würden wir nicht wieder Geld ausgeben.

The location is near to mtr and two stop from central. It is near to pier too.

Reasonable price. The room was cleaned daily. Check-in is quick and efficient. Bed comfortable. WiFi worked fine. Great Location and is next to the Metro station so easy to find.

Shops, food stalls, transportation, optometrist, eating outlets. Water provided at no cost a bonus.

For a 4 day stay the beds were very hard.

Value for Money. Good location and is close to the metro just walk a minute. Fabulous staff and very helpful. The room was neat and clean.

Didn’t get the room we booked for. Had to fight for a double room and what we got was two single beds of different heights joined together. The hotel is tired and smells of smoke.

Das erste angebotene Zimmer war, trotz expliziter Mail vorab, ein Raucherzimmer; absolutes no-go. Dann extrem klein das "Bad" mit einer Wanne, neben der man nur die Toilettenschüssel mit einem Bein übersteigen musste, um sich darauf zu setzen. Das Waschbecken dann im Miniflur davor. Kein Fenster zu öffnen, die Klimaanlage extrem laut, wenn der Fan dazugeschaltet wurde. Zimmerservice bestand aus Bettdecke-Glattziehen (immerhin immer frisches Wasser in Flaschen). Geräuschdämmung? Nach außen. Wenn in Nachbarzimmern um 02:30 geduscht und geföhnt wird, steht man senkrecht.

Room was very poor. Cleanliness was poor. Shower head broken in both rooms. Mould in several areas. Swimming pool closed for maintenance.

For the price I felt that it was overpriced. Very outdated and really needs some modernisation.

The only plus for this hotel is the location

The staff were of little use and could not communicate even a little in French or English. The room description was very poor. There were no cupboards or drawers and limited hot water. The room was not always clean. The room size is significantly overstated.

No spoon and fork and the space of the toilet is so small your knees will touch the bathtub when you do your thing in the toilet bowl.

Location and nice room cleaning staff. Large bed and small fridge. Having a hot water pot.

The sink in bathroom was so small that every time I used it, water would inevitably spill onto the floor. Could do w. better garment hanging, such as providing coat hangers rather than small hooks fastened to the wall. Waiting for the elevator during peak travel time.

Room is tiny. There are are bugs. Everything is old, dirty, and uncomfortable. The pool is closed. It felt like a motel. Not worth the money.

Good location and the best value for money around when on a budget

The room smelled of smoke when we went in even though we booked a non- smoking room but there was a humidifier that helped a bit. Very small but to be expected in Hong Kong

I like the location. The service of the room cleaning everyday is good and fast. But the toilet paper holder location not good, I think relocation to the right side is better.
