Lovely room and the bathroom. Absolutely perfect place for a day or a few to stay with walking distance to everything you wish to see in the city. Close by big and not expensive underground public parking. Overall, it was pleasant and easy to manage.

It's not a disaster, but aircon running to strong even on lower speed .... and bed not terrible but somehow less comfortable than you could expect. But that's not deal breakers, just comment on what could be improved.

Perfect stay

We stayed in Burgos for 2 nights and this hotel was perfectly located for us to walk to the cathedral and main tourist areas. The hotel had nearby underground parking which was a bonus because the city was a scorching 41 degrees. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hotel also had a bar and a seating area in the street outside. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and spoke very good English.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was really nice, big, clean and fresh. Great location in the centre, really friendly employees. Cute cafe with nice food and good coffee. I would come back! gracias!

Easy parking

All fine

big and quiet room, great "old school" aircon that actually worked, cheap parking 100m away for 9 euros a day. Very good experience. Bar Unsion just up the road does great wines for 1.50 a glass!

Everything was great, I think just the afternoon and evening staff were a bit cold. The lady in the morning was fine! I think it's worth remembering that some guests haven't spoken a word to anyone for days if they are solo travelling, so need a warm welcome.

The hotel has a good location. Paid car parking nearby to hotel was good.

The temperature in the room was too high. A few degrees lower would have been preferable (especially for the quality of sleep during the night).
