The location of this hotel is excellent. Walking distance to train station, tourist attractions, supermarket. We had a view of the Tokyo Skytree and the Senso-ji Temple. The room was spacious and the shower was amazing!

Locatie was super. Leuke buurt met veel winkeltjes en restaurantjes en wat vooral erg fijn was dat het hotel ze dicht bij de metro lag. Het dakterras was erg fijn daar hebben we iedere avond genoten van een drankje met een prachtig uitzicht op Tokio en dan met name op de SkyTree.

Stylish hotel with an amazing view from the lobby on the 13th floor. We had the set dinner at the restaurant and it was absolutely delicious. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Our dirtiest and most expensive accomodation in Japan.

Only stayed one night. The location was central and close to the Tokyo JR station. The room was clean and comfortable once we were settled in.

For the price we paid, I would assume slightly service. What I mean is that when I first arrived the room had no AC running and it took over an hour before the room reached a temperature my wife and I could tolerate. Once it was working it was great, but to enter a hotel expecting to relax after a 9+ hr flight only to be greeted by a dry hot sauna was surprising. I called the service desk and they were able to explain that the A/C was running already and we needed to wait.

Awesome location. Really close to a couple of Subway lines with easy access to famous tourist points and attractions. One of the the most popular shrines in Tokyo, the Asakusa shrine is located just across the road. Starbucks is just next door, and lot of other eating places and restaurants all around the hotel. The hotel is close to the Ginza line and a few stops away from the Ueno station and park which is the get off point for the Zoo and a host of other museums. Another disxovery we had was that there is another line by which you can reach Akihabara which is just three stations away. We had earlier relied upon the Ginza line which took a longer route. The Tokyo skytree is also walking distance or can be reaches by the subway as well. The hotel itself is clean with great views from the lobby. The rooms on the lower floors are non smoking but don't have any views. The rooms are a bit small, but this is again expected for centrally located hotels in top cities. The staff is great and the breakfast is adequate = the options could come across as limited, but it's a pretty standard western fare. I also really liked the fact that the room had Nespresso machine with complimentary pods. Overall I would recommend the hotel both for the location and service.

This hotel is very new and has some added bonuses such as the stunning view from the lobby and the rooftop terrace which was lovely after a big day of walking. The hotel is a welcome retreat after a big day in Tokyo. For our last day it was perfect for the souvenir shopping around Sensoji Temple as the hotel is right across the road. We booked a premium twin room and had playoff space to organise luggage along with separate toilets to the bathroom and a cupboard. At first I was disappointed that the hotel didn’t have an onsen however the bathroom was set up like your private one complete with seperate bath and seat to sit on to wash prior to getting on the bath. special mineral salts were provided to add to the water. With two ladies and lots of luggage from our travels, we had an excellent last night of our holiday at this hotel. We didn’t eat at the hotel but the restaurant looked lovely.

The lift to the subway if you want to catch the Asakusa line to Haneda is A2b. If you have a lot of luggage ( as we did) the walk is a little longer . This is no fault of the hotel however something to keep in mind. The G subway line is very close and only two stops from Ueno which is always a good option.

Great location, nice view from their 14th floor terrace lounge. Spotless clean room furnished and good taste.

The room was a little small for my taste, Not everyone at their front desk speaks good English. They really should consider having an official concierge desk to provide better tourist information to their guests.

first room we were given was too small as they have large beds in the room and you couldn’t get down one side. the hotel moved us to the same standard room but with more space to move around which was idea. No English TV channels available to guests

Great location near the main city temple. very touristy with many restaurants. Nearby subway goes directly to Haenda airport. Room was very quiet.

Some facilities, such as carpet, a little tired. Breakfast not worth it.

Perfect location to explore by foot and also close to trains. Bed and room were very comfortable. Facilities were very clean. Great view of Tokyo Skytree from the hotel.
