Really nice family run hotel, especially the local and personable guidance from a family member was really valuable. Room was excellent, also the breakfast.

Situated in a lovely valley. Room very nice with lovely seating area up in roof, (so long as you could duck, when going up the stairs.)
Very friendly & helpful staff. Had a beautifully cooked evening meal there, in the impressive restaurant / reception area.
Breakfast was pleasant.
The only thing I can think of, is that there could have been more healthy choices for breakfast & also some decatenated coffee & / or herbal teas, as I cannot drink caffeine.

Friendly staff sweet farm dog quiet and clean. restaurant on premises.
Room was a little cold and the temperature could only be adjusted at the front desk. They were very responsive though.

No hand towels and soap dispenser didn’t work. Booking.com said there was a restaurant on site but it wasn’t serving dinner; nearest place to eat was 20 minutes away.

The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The room is spacious and the hotel have a really nice view
The upper floor the ceiling is too low makes it not that comfortable for adults to sleep upstairs.
There’s not much options for breakfast but it was fine.

Heating took a while to come on (in the meantime the tiled floor was cold 🥶) and we were unable to control it from the room.

Rooms are so cozy and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Feels like a mountain get-away. Not sure, but it felt like the tile floors are heated in the rooms.

Great location near to the river and the awesome waterfalls. The view was beautiful from the main lodge and rooms. Plus, what a wonderful breakfast buffet that was provided!
weren’t crazy with our 2nd floor loft type hotel room, carrying our luggage up the staircase. I thought I would have had another room, much nicer considering a booked this so many months ahead of stay.
