Lucy's Dream was perfectly located close to everything! We were in town for a long weekend for my brother's wedding and it was a short 2 mile drive to the venue. It is also only a couple miles from the downtown area and beach! The house is in wonderful condition and the decorations were adorable! We felt so cozy and at home! The host doesn't miss a beat when it comes to the accommodations! Upon driving up to the house, it doesn't seem like it's in the nicest part of town but we didn't have any issues during our stay. My only complaint is anytime someone drove by the front of the house in the middle of the night there was a pothole or something in the road and it woke me up every time someone drove over it. Next time I'll bring a sound machine! I would highly recommend booking this property! Tracy was amazing with communication. We even left something behind and she located it and offered to mail it to us! Thank you Tracy!

Our second time staying at Lucy’s Dream. We all love it!! Kids spend hours at the awesome park. Close to everything we love to do. We had an awesome stay.

Thee home was an adorable impeccably clean little cottage. The decor was so cute and nice. Tracy and Luis eere the consummate hosts and everything and anything was at your disposal. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

This little house was very cozy, clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. Tracy was wonderful to work with. She was always prompt with replies to questions and offered some great options for places to eat and things do around the area. The personalized welcome note was very thoughtful. They all absolutely loved Lucy's Dream Cottage with all of the unique custom decor. The location was great for Flagler Ave and the beach area as well. We would stay here again for sure. It was a great experience

This is about our tenth VRBO, and probably my favorite of the bunch. More creativity and attention to detail than anything in our experience to date. Both indoors and outside spaces were great. Warm and cozy. We invited friends over to show them “our” house. Loved the beach theme. So many sweet touches like fresh flowers, cinnamon rolls and coffee choices. It was fun to walk to the historic part of town and the Canal Street shops and restaurants. We visited in December when there were cool evening, the outdoor deck and fire pit were great. A little Bohemian gem

Lucy's Dream has become my home away from home while in the area. Tracy and Luis are fantastic owners/managers and everything is just perfect. A great place to stay on vacation or while working. I will return!

Love the house, it was beautiful and cozy!! Everything was so well stocked and made you feel right at home. When she says she recommends the outdoor shower, ITS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We enjoyed our stay so much and definitely recommend Lucy’s dream!

This home exceeded all our expectations, and provided us a wonderful home base for enjoying a few days of sunshine and relaxation in New Smyrna Beach. Our communication with Tracy was delightful, and the renovated historic cottage was updated with every amenity. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were very comfortable and very nice decorated. We loved the outdoor shower!! The only disappointment was needing to leave! We definitely will be back soon!

What a nicely decorated perfect retreat in New Smyrna beach. Close to everything! Adorable back deck, perfect for relaxing, well appointed inside, EVERYTHING anyone would need for a quick getaway or a nice long vacation! The owners are great to work with and sincerely want you to have a perfect stay!

Tracy could not be more hospitable. Our cottage had it all and Tracy and Luis thought of everything. From spices and paper goods to beach towels and beach toys for all ages, there was nothing missing! It even has a beautiful outdoor area and outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off from the beach! The beach was a short drive away. Less than 10 minutes. Parking could Get costly if that’s a concern, but you have options to park on the beach and pay or park for free on Flagler Avenue or one of the side streets for the most direct route. Many Local restaurants delivered through Grubhub if you didn’t want to go out. This cottage is perfect for all ages. It Even had a trundle under the double bunk for our soon to be 3 year old granddaughter! Luis displayed his handyman talents throughout this cottage. It’s right out of an HGTV episode! Thank you Tracy and Luis for sharing your beautiful home with us. We had a wonderful time!

Spent 4 nights here and had a great time. The owners did a great job decorating and making us feel welcome. We also LOVED sitting by the fire on the back porch at night.

I don’t even know where to begin!  Lucy’s Dream is true to its name—a very sweet dream.  From the moment I stepped into the house until the moment I had to (sadly) tear myself away, everything was absolutely perfect.  Lucy’s Dream exceeded my every expectation. It is not just memorably charming, it is comfortable, spotless, and well-designed.  (I couldn't help but take dozens of pics! So many cute ideas!) The space offers anyone a place to relax, have fun and feel right at home. It is also very well-equipped.  From kitchen supplies to bathroom basics to luxury goods and everything in-between, I was in need of nothing.  And our host, Tracy, could not have been more attentive and accommodating (not to mention incredibly nice).  Little things matter and Tracy went above and beyond with unexpected, thoughtful touches.  I felt like I was visiting the home of a dear friend who I can't wait to see again!!  I truly cannot say enough!  For those lucky enough to rent--enjoy!! 

This property is a bit of old Florida. Beautifully decorated in a comfortable way. Outdoor space is amazing, a wonderful space to relax. The queen bed is super comfortable and other beds appeared to have the same type of mattresses. Location was perfect for us, away from the busyness of new Smyrna beach yet only 2 miles from it. Owners suggestions for local food and attractions were great, we enjoyed the community. I 100% recommend Lucy’s Dream!

Lucy's Dream is a lovely little cottage. We knew that we didn’t want a cookie cutter beach condo, and this place delivered. Tracy and Luis have made this home just that - a home - and it felt like visiting family. I loved the many decorative choices that made the home beautiful and one of a kind. We love being riverside in NSB instead of beachside. There’s a park just a block away that the kids loved and they spent lots of time there. Tracy was great to work with - quick to respond and accommodating. We highly recommend this home and we fully expect to return if it’s still available for our next trip.

As a family with 5 children it isn't an easy task to find suitable lodgings. Tracy and Luis took the work out of the usual tedious preparation and ensured that we were provided with all necessities whether it be for meal preparation, activities of daily living or even a day at the beach. They also went above and beyond by assembling intricate details of the area which was extraordinarily helpful in devising day plans. Staying at "Lucy's Dream" is guaranteed to assist in the construction of a remarkable vacation!
