We had the best time here with a group of 7 friends. Beautiful location with excellent views. The villa is huge and has great facilities such as the pool, cooking utensils, coffee machine and so on. We rented two cars which we could park right next to the villa. Highly recommended!

Few things are breaking down due to wear and tear, such as the shower heads in the bathrooms and the shower next to the pool. This could use a little renovation, but besides that the villa is in a perfect condition.

Great location away from the hustle bustle. Great couple who came to clean every day. very pleasant and helpful owner/ contacts.

It states private villa. What it doesn't say is there are two other apartments attached to the house. Occupied by local families. Both have dogs chained up. Both dogs bark a lot. One of the apartments plays loud base music until late. So that spoilt the atmosphere. We were an older group, youngest aged 61, we didn't need that constant, boom boom. Only one of the sun beds supported a back rest. The other 3 were broken. There were cigarette butts in the plant pots around the pool. The villa itself is nice. Worktops are a bit worn, you have to be careful with the steps and stairs , they are not clearly marked and our eldest group member fell. The showers leak more water from the pipes than come out of the shower head. The main bathroom floor gets wet, we weren't sure if it actually came from the toilet when flushed. Due to its location, it's difficult to get anywhere. Nick, who came to meet us gave us the local taxi number owner is Dim, a Greek Ausie. Trouble is you can spend a fortune in taxis, a trip to and from kalamaki 65euro. You can soon get through some money. So we hired a car, it worked out at 480 euro for 10 days. Warning though don't use Abbey car rentals. They tried to over charge on a card also stating that we may not get our deposit back £700 as it was up to the bank and not them. We weren't the only people there that day who they did this to. Avis budget were great.

The house is absolutely beautiful. So is the view of the island from the pool area as well. The pictures definitely do not do it justice. Furthermore, Nicolas is a world-class host. He did everything in his power to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Whether it was helping us book a boat, or even buying a Bluetooth speaker for the house so we could listen to some music while spending time at the pool. Moreover, every day two super friendly people came over to clean up, make the beds, provide fresh towels and so on. I would definitely recommend anyone who's considering vacationing in Zakynthos, to book this villa. You will not regret it.

from top to bottom, the villa was incredible, views, pool, interior, beds so many to list. i loved how secluded it was as it meant time to relax.

only thing I could say is it is a little far from the laganas strip but was no problem as we had a taxi service 24/7 to help us get around.

Avoid this location! It's not safe and secure! A lot of money and absolutely nothing else.

Everything was fine, from the equipment to the pool and even the decoration. Nick is an excellent host. He is very kind, available and attentive. He did everything he could to make our stay in the best possible conditions. I recommend this villa 100% and would definitely come back.

A car is strongly recommended to reach the villa which is set back from the city center (15 min by car).
