Everything is perfect

Friendly staff and good location. Food in the restaurant was good.

Property needed some TLC. Room was a little bit shabby and the facilities weren’t as described on the website (there is no gym).

Stay at Mountain courtyard rooms was cozy,classy,comfy and food provided by red flower restaurant was excellent..with great assistance from Abdul Staffs were really helpful and kind, made our stay comfortable throughout along the way especially Sadam Hussain Asst. manager and Resham . Recommended place .Value for money.Overall awesome experience

The location is excellent with views from our balcony of the surrounding jungle and hills in the distance. The room was very large and the balcony on two sides so there was always shade. The gardens are refreshing, especially the trailing flowers overhanging the paths to the rooms. Tea and banana fritters in the afternoon was a treat. The fresh pineapple juice was very good and there were some fun desserts at the buffet. We stayed on a DBB basis, which was very good value. The foyer was quite stylish.

The staff were pleasant but service in the restaurant was patchy - we had to ask for water and bread whereas other guests were brought it as soon as they got to their table. We could see what the design theme was supposed to be - basically themed round The Jungle Book - but it was poorly executed and the buffet restaurant felt like a canteen with dead plants in it. The pool was extremely small. We waited in vain for a traditional dance show to start but left after ten minutes after one dancer appeared but ignored the audience (ourselves and one other couple).

all facilities as mentioned are not available. staff spoke about the excursions but didn’t tell that they need to be booked in advance.

The property is exceptionally good including the interiors and exteriors, park/ garden, view from the room and services. We were offered complementary breakfast by the hotel which was very good. A calm and cool place to stay and relax.

Ecofriendly and well maintained property. the landscape was superb. The lush green plantation and scenic view will make you want to extend your stay. The view from our room was breathtaking! neatly maintained room and bathroom. Excellent and well trained staff.

our stay was excellent and hope to get our family there soon. only part is the approach to the property is a bit steep (you have vallet parking) and that’s the only thing I could comment about. probably they could introduce more activities.

Excellent Breakfast, kind staffs very welcoming, we enjoyed food, decent spread of veg and non veg available, Idly was so nice and the special counter for Dosa was added advantage

Excellent location we took mountain view room, as shown in picture view was very good , evening time we have barbique stall and camp fire it mixed well with the nice climate and chill breez, rooms are bit old style, do not expect star hotel level ambiance it's mid level hotel resort, pool condition was good

Everything. Literally everything. the campus is extremely good very peaceful. Aesthetically pleasing. Staffs made us feel very warm and welcoming. Food was amazing. Loved the stay!

The food was too expensive and not up to the mark. I paid 5k for a room without AC and did feel the room was below par compared to the pricing.

The location is quite remote so you always need to take a taxi to get anywhere.
