We had a wonderful time. My only complaint the units floors were not very clean. Other than that we had a good time.

A very spacious 1 BR condo. Wife thought the lounge chair was the best she's ever used. Great location on a road that ends only a few blocks away thereby limiting traffic. Master BR door opens directly to the pool. Beach access right out the front door. Convenience mart about 2 blocks away or less.

Great location just steps from the walkway to the beach. We loved the beach chairs and umbrella that was included with the stay. The owner was also super helpful and accommodating with our needs.

Awesome condo just a few steps away from the beach. Everything you need for a wonderful week and my fur baby got to come too! Thank you for sharing your home with us. This is our 2nd visit and we look forward to returning.

There were several things that were important for our stay: ground floor, close proximity to the pool and beach, full kitchen and allowed pets. All exceeded our hopes for our vacation! The pool was literally just out the back door and the beach access was just out the front door. And there was an umbrella and two chairs at the beach if we so chose to enjoy them. We loved that there was room for everyone to have their own space. The bunk bed was very comfy as well as the sofa bed. The king bed's mattress comfort was amazing! I can't say enough good things about the week at this particular place! Thank you!!!

Lovely condo steps from beautiful beach! Beach chairs/umbrella came with rental! Nice, well-stocked kitchen! Comfy king bed and great bunks! Two nice patios with chairs!

Very nice place, perfect for my husband who has ambulatory issues. Wish we could have stayed longer. FYI, it is not handicap accessible to the beach. We had to drive next door to the public access to borrow the beach wheelchair, but it was very manageable. Hope we’ll be able to return next year!

We had a lovely stay at Sharon’s Condo. Everything was so clean and the property was great. It was secluded and quiet. Perfect access to the beach, pool, Destin, and PCB. I loved the bed/mattress. Best sleep in a long time. Great to have a kitchen! Highly recommend this property for your next stay to this area. We will be back! My daughters loved it. Thank you!!! 😊

My daughter and I loved our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was only a short walk to the ocean and we loved the pool right outside our back door. The best part of our trip was that my fur baby Daisy was able to go with us. We are already looking at our calendars to see when we can come back! Thank you Sharon for sharing your home with us. We loved it!

We had a great time at the condo. Everything was exactly as described, beach access was closer than expected. The facility had a outdoor shower station to makes sure all the sand was off. We would definitely book this condo again.

This condo was perfect for my Fiancé, our dog & I. Such a short walk to the beach & a quiet neighborhood. We had such a great time here and definitely look forward to coming back. The condo was a great size & very clean. The other guests were super friendly & kind & it was overall a great time! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

The condo is a great space for a family/small group of friends. It’s convenient to the beach, and the umbrella/chair service makes it perfect to grab a towel and head to the beach. Check in/out and communication with the host we’re quick and efficient. We made great memories and can’t wait to come back again!

Nice family trip
Communication with owner was excellent! Condo was good size for a family of 4. It was clean and a short walk to the beach. There aren’t any views, but for the price, a nice place to enjoy Fort Walton. It was very close to restaurants and shops and a short drive to Destin boardwalk.

Perfect Getaway!
Everything exceeded our expectations! It is the perfect place for a short stay or extended - as if at home. Regardless of not having "a view" being on the ground floor, the short walk to beach definitely made up for it, literally 2-3 minutes. Not even 5 minutes after walking in unit my husband was ready to book in August, unfortunately nothing available. Will definitely be back. The best part of it all was our host, Ms. Sharon; was very accommodating/communicated. She has a lot of information in guest book for the area. I can't wait to go back!!

Baseball World Series
Came down for my son’s baseball World Series trip. My wife and kids came down on Friday and said the condo was probably the cleanest they have ever seen. Easy to get everything unloaded being unit is on the 1st floor. Very short walk over to the beach. When we saw originally it was not beach front my wife was a little uneasy. But the walk to the beach is faster than most of the beachfront condos. No elevator to wait on. Just walk out the door and across the boardwalk. Thank you Sharon. It was great. We will definitely be coming back to stay with you again.

Sharon was the best host I have ever worked with. She sent texts with all required information in advance and kept us posted on everything. Condo was very nice and location to beach was great.

We stayed at Sunset Cottages for our vacation. It was awesome. The beach is really close. The owner is very nice & helpful. It has beach service with 2 chairs and an umbrella. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We will stay again!

Condo was clean, comfortable, and a convenient short walk to the beach. The condo had everything needed and kitchen contained everything required to cook.

Nice quiet location,
we enjoyed our stay very much, extremely clean, and furnished nicely, I liked that it was a quieter area, didn’t notice any traffic noise. The beach was extremely close, and no road to cross to get there. We would stay here again.

Christmas in the Sand

Great location to beach
Too cold for pool but loved that it was right outside bedroom. Took our dog but just warning to others that burrs were everywhere and unable to walk her without getting in her paws and limping. Sharon was great to communicate with. Will return without pup in warmer weather. The Trimbles
