The location is nice.

BUT if you have a car the car park was full for our entire stay it is a nightmare is you go with a car there. So was the food and beverages for all inclusive. Give a little extra but make sure your stay is worth it.

There were so many negative things that I just can’t compliment the place.

First of all, when I made the reservation, I indicated that we would like to arrive in the morning. They wrote an e-mail that it is okay but we have to pay extra charges and I accepted. When we arrived at 9 in the morning, they said it was just an automatic e-mail, so we can’t go to our rooms until 2 o’clock. They did not even say sorry. Then, their parking lot is realy small and full all the time, so we could not park for free. The wifi was not free at the hotel either. Furthermore, the food was almost exactly the same every day. It was so bad, people started a petition to make the food better. All in all, I don’t recommend it at all.

I only liked the pool and the room.

- parking - when we arrived the parking was almost full. 2 spots left: 1 was blocked with a chair and one with something else. The guy that was handling the parking showed us to park in the middle. He was not speaking English. Just 2-3 words. Asked about the 2 empty spots and he told us that we need to give him 20leva/day. Asked at the reception and they said that’s impossible and the parking is free for the guests. They gave me a red ticket with the number of the car and the reservation period. When we showed him the ticket he clearly showed us that he doesn’t care about that ticket and when we insisted about the parking spot that was blocked with a chair he said that he will puncture the tires of the car. Also, if somebody needs to leave with the car, and you are parked in the middle, you need to go in reverse 30-40 meters between the cars. No possibility to go forward. Please see the attached photo. We left and parked in a private place. - no toilet paper. Just what was there when we arrived; - no shower gel; - no hair dryer; - no hair cap; - towels were not changed in 4 days. Also, towels had a bad smell; - recycle bin was emptied just in the 2nd day; - the food was tasting ok but was looking like crap. Also, food was mixed by mistake. For example, in the beans you were able to find pieces of ground meat that we had for lunch a few hours earlier; - the staff was spraying the counter with disinfectant solution while we were serving the food. The disinfectant drops were going in the food; - Internet was costing 5 leva per day. Felt it’s weird to be charged for internet at the hotel but I said whatever and payed the money. Internet was not working almost at all. You were able to connect but nothing was loading even if I was in the reception. Asked the staff at the reception about that and they confirmed that’s how it’s working (very bad and almost at all) and they are unable to help. At the pool the internet was not even connecting.

They retain our passports at reception when we check in for the whole vacation..poor reception staff and rude. Food was the same every day and not tasty at all. We needed to jump over the bad or chair to get to balcony.

The hotel was clean, the location was good

The food was horrible! They had the same garnish, only rise(half cooked, half not) every lunch and dinner for three or four days. You had nothing to offer your child to eat. No diversity at all, for five days staying there. Too bad, because the hotel was ok regarding the cleaning and the location. They shouldn’t sell “all inclusive”
