If you care about cleanliness and functionality, this is probably not a good place for your stay. If your priorities are price, view and location, you will be happy. The house seems like it needs someone to care about it and come clear the spider webs and clean the grease off of things. The toilet is separate from the sink and shower by 2 rooms and in essentially added into the garage in a dark room with a concrete floor that is “padded” by 3 worn out plastic exterior floor mats. There were 2 empty rolls of toilet paper on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived and only 1 roll of TP to last us through our stay. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are up a steep ladder in the garage and get very hot. We ended up not using them because no one wanted to navigate the ladder at night so we had our son stay downstairs with us. The pans were dirty and had to be washed before use and the stove was filthy and one of the burners didn’t work. We booked this place last minute when there were no other places to stay otherwise we would have chosen differently. That said, the location and view are excellent. We did notice some noise from on of the restaurants on Saturday night but with the windows closed we couldn’t hear it. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this place was pretty junky.

An amazing house, very spacious with breath taking views! Loved every minute

Clean and tidy in a good central location with just a short walk to the main street. Well maintained older house with off street parking, garaging and a decent size section. Good value for money in this part of town with fantastic sea views.

The best features of this propertyare the view and the garden to relax in. The lounge and bedroom are fine and the bed is comfortable. Wi-Fi is available at the local library. It was let down emails complaing about previous visitors.

Downstairs Master Queen bed comfortable. Up the stairs, well more like a ladder reallly, there are 3 single beds. Only one toilet off the laundry. Very well situated just above the town, with great walking paths to foreshore. Good value for money.

The oven didn't function for grilling or baking. Elements were fine 3. 3-4 windows had no latches to secure them. 4. The kitchen sink plug leaked

Great location but unfortunately was cold and not very well appointed. Provided bedding as in duvets were inadequate for the season and heaters in bedrooms did not work. Just a few simple touches would make this property a lot more appealing but as it is would not recommend.

While the bach was quite basic, it was kind of as expected. The bach could have been outfitted more with cleaning cloths, salt/pepper, oil etc. just to make it easier to feel homely in the place. The location is ideal being right in town

Location excellent. Kitchen and toilet let the property down. Just putting an effective insect screen over the window in the toilet would make a lot of difference.

The location and view were amazing. The property was not up to standard. Pillows not up to par. Oven needs cleaned. Fridge, toaster and kettle great. Chipped plates are not a good look.
