The location is just excellent. As it is very close to city center parking is supposed to be an issue but the public parking garage near by made it super easy for us to park our car and enjoy walking around in the city. We had to pay €17/day for parking.

One issue was that the road outside of the property was under construction and that meant going out from the property was a bit uncomfortable and the area would become noisy after 9am. There is also no elevator and walking up to the 3rd floor with luggage and narrow stairs were not really pleasant.

It's nice that it has a kitchen with all necessary equipment for cooking. The room is spacious and light with a large window. Location is great.

The biggest problem is the noise from the ventilator in the bathroom. Replace it and you gain 2 additional stars. Also, there are no hooks for towels in the bathroom and no shelve in the shower. The pillows are not comfortable, though the bed is Ok.

ventilator in bath room very noise and could not be turned off. Was very audible in the bedroom. Prevented me from sleeping. Television present but no cable provider. What's the point of a television??
